Come enjoy South Padre Island, TX while staying in our beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhome with a Private Pool! Our property is located only 1/2 a block from the beach!
This tastefully decorated vacation rental is perfect for families and friends to be together. You will love the coastal vibes this townhome has! This property accommodates up to 12 guests.

The private pool area has a custom design for guests to take a dip, cool off, catch some sun, and enjoy South Padre Island's tropical climate! The beach is approximately a 4-5 minute walk from our front door!

The ground floor of the townhome consists of the living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room features new furniture including a large couch and sitting chair to accommodate plenty of guest seating space. Guests will love watching their favorite shows, movies, and sporting events on the flat screen tv.

If you plan to cook during your stay, preparing family meals will be fun in this kitchen which is fully stocked with all necessary pots, pans, and cooking supplies. The kitchens come stocked with plenty of glassware, dinner plates, etc so you will feel right at home!

The dining area is located next to the living room and entails a dining table which seats 8 guests and is great for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner. The kitchen countertop has an additional 3 bar stools for guests to sit as well.

This home has full internet access and cable tv.
When guests are ready to rest, our first guest room is located upstairs. It has two sets of beautiful, beach-grey bunk beds with secured ladders. The lower bunks are full size with twin sizes above. It shares a bathroom with the master bedroom which is equipped with a King bed and access to the balcony facing the pool. Our second guest room with 2 full-size beds is located downstairs and is perfect for a small family or the older kids in the group

Treasure Island is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, making it an easy walk to South Padre Island's white sandy beaches and beautiful ocean! Make your reservation today at this beautiful vacation rental on SPI!

Every stay at 123 E. Treasure Island includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. Visited with my family of 8. Everyone was comfortable and found their own bed. The pool was the perfect touch ! Especially on days where you don't wanna go anywhere you have a pool outside. The place was nice and clean and only a 2 minute walk to the beach

Beautifully appointed spacious home with all the amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher). Plenty of space to accommodate the family (kids, in-laws, etc.). Wonderfully private pool. Short walk directly to a beach access.

Great House!

We had two families at this rental. Was perfect for everyone and the kids loved the backyard pool and quick access to the beach. We were missing a coffee pot when we arrived. SPI was there within a half hour with a replacement. Great stay!

For starters the pool was filthy, the ceiling fans didn’t work, the TV in living room didn’t come on, the refrigerator shelves and glass was broken. The beds on the first floor and the master king was so hard we had to sleep on the couch. The house has so much potential, to bad it wasn’t a very good experience for us.

Don't rent from this rental company

We rented this property online, one of the main reasons we chose this property was due to the large HEATED swimming pool. Once we arrived, we were excited but when we got in the pool it was not heated. The water was so cold. I called the office, but they did nothing. So our 4 days there were terrible. The wifi was very slow, the ice maker didn't work. So I don't recommend this rental agency.

The house was very roomy and nicely furnished When we arrived it smelled like fresh paint. i didn't call to check on it and i should have. Maybe painting should occur during off season. I guess we got used to it because we only smelled it when we would be gone and then came back. We had to ask for a refrigerator because the one in the room never cooled off. The oven did not work that great definitely had to up the temperature in order for food to cook. SPI rentals did a great job of responding to our needs.

The house was in a great location. It's in good shape for an older property. The only complaints I have are the backyard area was pretty dirty. There is a lot of dirt coming from the neighbors property that flows into the pool deck area which makes things muddy when playing in the pool. We also saw lots of cigarette butts and dog waste. We were disappointed to not find a broom in the house to clean up sand/dirt/debris on the floor. It would have been nice to be able to sweep daily for our own good. Also, there were no kitchen towels? All these things are minor and would still recommend to friends and family. The SPI Rentals staff were all very nice and accommodating.

Excelente lugar

Un lugar muy bonito, cómodo, con todas los útiles necesarios para unos días inolvidables. Nos encantó la ubicación, las condiciones del lugar. Al llegar todo estaba impecable y había suficientes toallas para todo nuestro grupo, eso nos encantó. Lo único en lo que pediría pusieran un poco más atención es en la fumigación, ya que a lo largo de nuestra estadía vimos una cantidad importante de pequeñas cucaracha por toda la planta baja. Tratamos de no dejar comida a la vista y lavar cada utensilio que usamos, pero habrá a quien si le cause mucho problema esto. Todo lo demás excelente.
