The units were super cute and extremely clean. They were stocked with the necessities which was very nice. You also canât beat the location for the price. Overall great stay for a group.
My friends and I stayed here for the weekend and we had a ton of space for everyone and the neighborhood was so cute and super convenient for walking to the places we wanted to see in the city. The check in and out processes were super simple and straightforward and any questions I had were answered very quickly via vrbo messages. Would definitely recommend for a group of adults or any large group looking for a place to stay in downtown Chicago!!
Location of this place was amazing but the communication was very bad. I had to reach out multiple times for the check in process, the response time was very long it was quite frustrating. There were also signs at the front about a natural gas warning and we had to call vrbo and the gas company just to make sure staying at this place was safe. This caused a lot of unnecessary drama during our stay
Overall our experience was positive! The location can't be beat and was what made this such a great college friends reunion (we met almost 20 years ago!). We had 10 women and fit fairly well, though didn't attempt two on the top bunk because the mattress went higher than the railing and the ceiling fan was close. We had a hard time at the beginning getting the air conditioner going, but Dan helped us out and we got it figured out. The kitchens weren't as well-appointed as we expected, but I realize we cook at the apartment more than others may be planning to do. More basics like hot pads, cutting boards, kitchen hand towels, sponges, etc would be great, but there were plenty of paper towels and toilet paper which we really appreciated!
This property worked out well for what we needed. We had a group of 6 adults needing to stay near the Navy Pier to take a water taxi to the Bears game.
Great location, unit was worn and living room furniture was different than in the photo. (bed arraignments were the same but the bed was different, there was no headboard.) I did not receive instructions on how to enter the unit prior to arrival but I messaged the owner and they responded very quickly.
