LIVING ROOM
Bright and cheery, the living room offers floor-to-ceiling views of the Atlantic and a true front-row seat to the ever-changing seascape. Relax on the couch, enjoy a movie on the 55â smart TV, share a meal at the dining table, or pull down the full-size Murphy bed and wake up to the sunrise.
KITCHEN
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, whether youâre making a quick breakfast or a full dinner. With the ocean just outside the window, even simple meals are much more enjoyable! The kitchen includes a refrigerator with icemaker, stove, microwave, drip/Keurig combo coffee maker, toaster, and all essential cookware and dishes. We also provide starter supplies of paper towels, trash bags, and dish soap, and you will often find basic cooking supplies that our kind guests leave behind for others.
BEDROOM
The private bedroom features two comfortable queen beds, a 55â smart TV with cable, a dresser, and a closet. A dehumidifier helps keep the space cool and comfortable for a good nightâs sleep.
BATHROOM
The updated bathroom has a tub/shower combo with a dual handheld shower, plus a separate vanity area to make mornings easier. We provide a hairdryer, starter toiletries, and two sets of towels per guest.
BALCONY
Your private sixth-floor balcony is definitely a favorite spot for unwinding, perfect for morning coffee, a quiet dinner, or simply taking in the ocean breeze. Watch dolphins or surfers or just listen to the sound of the waves. It is furnished with a pair of comfortable chairs and small tables, and a drying rack for swimming gear.
BEACH GEAR
Although we donât officially provide beach gear, we usually have some boogie boards, a cooler, beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella in the bedroom closet. There are also books, games, and puzzles in the living room cabinet for rainy days. Pool/beach towels can be rented for $10 per towel if you prefer to pack light.
RESORT AMENITIES
Enjoy direct beach access plus plenty of resort amenities, including indoor and outdoor heated pools, a lazy river, and three hot tubs. Donât miss our recently renovated rooftop pool with beautiful sunset city views, as well as the oceanfront lawn with lounge chairs and games. Youâll also find a fitness room, laundry facility, vending area, and seasonal Surf Shack poolside snack bar. Free onsite parking is just steps away from the condo. The resort also provides onsite security and security cameras throughout common areas.

This is my home too in the winter, and I want it to be as comfortable and welcoming for you as it is for me. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered to help you relax and enjoy your time at the beach. Iâve done my best to think of just about every necessity that could possibly fit in the condo, and a few that probably shouldnât!
The condo is professionally managed, and as the owner, I stay closely involved to ensure everything is taken care of. Professional cleaning and restocking are completed after each stay, along with regular quality control inspections. Monthly preventive pest control and annual bed bug treatments are performed by the HOA. PTAC units and smoke detectors are inspected and serviced annually, along with routine deep cleaning and preventive maintenance. I also make ongoing improvements throughout the year to ensure my space stays fresh and comfortable. Additionally, Iâm committed to clear and responsive communication throughout your stay.

HOUSE RULES
Please notify us promptly upon arrival of any cleaning or maintenance concerns and allow a reasonable time for resolution. Weâll make every effort to address the issue; however, refunds or rate adjustments cannot be provided.
The primary renter is responsible for ensuring that all guests are included in the reservation and follow the house rules.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance as guests are responsible for securing any desired travel protection for their stay. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced, and refunds cannot be provided for any reasons, including early departures, illness or inclement weather.
We ask that guests help keep the unit clean and in good condition during their stay. An additional cleaning/repair fee may be charged for excessive dirt, evidence of smoking or vaping, missing or damaged items, or other rule violations. Daily housekeeping is not provided, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for a separate fee. If using beach gear, please inspect it for damage before use, rinse off any sand, and allow it to dry before returning it to the closet. Luggage carts are not permitted inside the unit, to prevent damage to furniture or walls.
Please do not dispose of hair, sand or other trash in the bathroom vanity sink as this will clog the pipes. A trash container is provided in the bathroom for your convenience.
Please dispose of trash promptly to help prevent pests, as our humid coastal environment can attract them. Large trash containers are located near the garage elevator on each floor. Trash should not be left in the hallways.
Please keep the balcony door closed and the AC on at all times. Use of the dehumidifier is recommended to help minimize the risk of mold and mildew.
The host is not responsible for resort-related issues, including amenity closures, power outages, Wi-Fi speed, water shut-offs, repairs, noise, or behaviors of other guests, as these matters are beyond our control. No refunds will be issued for such issues. In the event of resort-wide issues, please check for announcements posted in the elevators and feel free to notify us so we can follow up with the HOA.
The host is not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or loss of personal belongings that may occur in the unit or on the premises. By booking this stay, guests acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their visit.
HOA AND RESORT RULES
The following City, Resort, and HOA rules are strictly enforced. Violations may result in fines or cancellation of the reservation without refund.
âą Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including children and infants.
âą Minimum age to book is 21.
âą Quiet hours begin at 11 PM. No parties or large gatherings.
âą Residents of Horry, Georgetown, and Marion counties are not permitted to book.
âą This is a non-smoking resort. Smoking, vaping, marijuana, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in the unit, on the balcony, or in common areas. A $250 fine will be charged if smoking is suspected, and guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning or remediation costs.
âą Do not hang clothing, linens, or towels from balcony railings. Throwing anything from the balcony is strictly prohibited.
âą No fireworks, grills, barbecues, deep fryers, or any open flame cooking equipment.
âą Pets are not allowed.
âą Mandatory pest control is conducted on the third Tuesday of every month. Guests must provide access to the condo for service to be completed.
âą Pool Use: Guests acknowledge that the use of any pool or pool amenities is at their own risk. Guests are responsible for the safety and supervision of all individuals in their party and must comply with posted pool rules. The host is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from pool and pool area use.
