Regarding locating the property, the home is clearly identified in the listing photos and is directly adjacent to the neighboring property where you initially arrived. I’m always happy to assist guests with directions if needed. As noted in the listing, this is a historic home, and I intentionally preserved the original clawfoot tub to maintain the character and charm of the property. The tub is more than 100 years old and reflects the historic nature of the home. For guest convenience and safety, the bathroom includes a step stool and mounted grab bars, both of which are shown in the listing photos. I also want to clarify that I responded promptly and consistently through the Vrbo messaging platform throughout your stay and was glad to assist whenever needed. While I understand that every guest may have different preferences, I was disappointed by the three star review, especially given the positive comments regarding the cleanliness, location, and overall condition of the home. I genuinely strive to provide a welcoming experience for all guests and make every effort to accommodate requests whenever possible.
