As if gracing the pages of a high-end design magazine, the pristine interiors of this beautifully and lovingly updated Garden City home, aptly named Royal Vista. Perfectly match the exquisite views of the Ocean. From the art tastefully adorning the interior to the gorgeous designer kitchen to the ocean front balcony, the home impresses with effortless style and extraordinary amenities.

From the moment you step through the front door you’re treated to beautiful works of art, crystal chandeliers and tastefully comfortable furniture, all carefully chosen by the owner, a Charleston SC. native.

The sophistication continues throughout the rest of the home with large opening patio doors, letting natural light stream through. Even the outside gives off the same refined feel with a lounging balcony that over looks the pool, and gigantic sun bathing area. Just beyond is the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Sit back with your favorite beverage and watch the Ocean birds fish for their meal. End the day with a beautiful ocean front dinner on your balcony watching the Dolphins play.

The fun doesn't stop on rainy days. There is a heated indoor pool, hot tub and kiddie pool that will keep everyone smiling.

This property just went through a 9 month remodel and we cannot wait for our guests to enjoy it.

The Condo was beautiful and exactly like the pictures!! You have everything you need for an enjoyable vacation!! Love the key pad lock instead of having to mess with a key!! Will definitely stay in this Condo again!!

This condo is absolutely beautiful, right out of a designer magazine! Very stylish, cozy and comfortable. Exceptionally clean!!! The owners are very thoughtful and make you feel so very welcome the minute you walk in the door. They even provide a utility cart to bring in your luggage/groceries! They have thought of everything one might need for a perfect vacation. We would highly recommend!!! Thank you for making our anniversary trip so very special!!

Wonderful condo, great location, very accessible host

This particular condo one can tell was recently renovated, and it was beautifully done. The fixtures, the flooring, the appliances, everything was improved-upon, and made for a wonderful experience. The location of the condo (convenient to many things) was great, parking was very accessible, and the host was available by quick text or call. Would definitely recommend this unit.

Best at the Beach!

This place is so Bougie! Everything is new, beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Stella is exceptionally accommodating and provided everything we needed and then some just like a luxurious 5 star hotel! It’s super clean and very quiet! The staff is helpful and friendly, also. Couldn’t ask for a better location! You will not be disappointed! We are officially spoiled and we will definitely be back!!!

Simply Beautiful!

This beautiful condo was the perfect place for a girls beach vacay! It was super fancy…we loved all the coordinated decor and appreciated all the special amenities. Also, a great location and outstanding communication with the host! Just book it before it’s gone!

Great Family Vacation!

This was our first vacation with our 17 month old daughter and this was the perfect location for it! The condo is updated, clean, and has everything you need. We told them we were bringing our daughter and when we arrived, a pack n play was set up ready to go. All of our questions were answered quickly and they were so helpful. Truly loved staying here!

A Paradise unit and Host to be Toasted🍷🍷

The Royal Vista is probably the cleanest and most well appointed and best equipped accommodations my wife and I have experienced other than our beach home that we no longer own after many years of enjoying it. As I told Bee Jay, we will return to her Royal Vista again next year, God willing.

Amazing Beach Getaway

I can’t say enough about this condo, it was AMAZING. Not only did it match the description and photos it was warm and welcoming. Unit was exceptionally clean, organized and stocked with everything one could possibly need and more! Bee Jay was quick to respond to my inquires, we would definably book again!

Beautiful property, gorgeous view, and lovely extra comforts and details.

This property is top notch; the attention to detail in the décor, cleanliness, and anticipation of your every need goes way beyond the norm. We were there during what was probably the busiest week of the year (4th of July) so there were lots of crowds and people in the condo building and beach. Parking garage was tight and overfull but the parking attendant helped us find a special spot until the fireworks crowds cleared. The fireworks from the private balcony exceeded all expectations and was the icing on the cake for the holiday week. We will definitely be back!

This Gem is so Beautiful and Clean

What a amazing Vacation my family and I had here at this Beautiful Gem.It was without a doubt the most beautiful and cleanest place I've ever stayed. I had such appreciation for the cleanliness.The Host Ms.Bee Jay is Amazing to work with. I accidently left something behind and she shipped it to me. This Condo has all the supplies that you need. You won't need to pack Detergent, Shampoo, Condidtioner, Body Wash, Dish Detergent, Hand Soap, etc. Just pack your bags and be prepared to be comfortable without running out to the store to get something. She has everything covered. The view is so gorgeous. The area is great! Everyone was so nice and friendly. I would give this Property a 5 Star.

I have been hosting properties for many years. I started on the marsh and moved over to the beach. I'm a native of South Carolina, and love my home state. There is so much to see and do here. I am a tourist is my own backyard all the time. Absolutely love it here.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The property is located in beach walking distance to the famous Garden City Pier. Their is a band at both ends of the Pier during season. There is dancing, karaoke, food and of course beer, wine, and cocktails. You can get a fishing license their and fish off the Pier.
I love to eat breakfast on the Pier. It’s just a great way to start the day.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This condo has been remodeled from the top to the bottom, and inside the walls. I was making something I couldn't wait to stay in and enjoy. Something I'd be proud to have family and friends stay in. And most of all something I knew would be a great vacation property for others to stay in. I do hope you will enjoy your stay as much as I enjoy having you stay here. We are really grateful for our guests.
