Cleaning of the bathrooms could have been a little better ... but still had an awesome time!! Awesome view!! Great location!

Our October Getaway

The ocean front location is beautiful and close to sites we enjoy visiting such as Brookgreen Gardens and restaurants at Merril’s Inlet.The condo was clean and well appointed with kitchen basics. Management was available and always helpful.

Great view. Glad there was an indoor pool as well as hot tubs. The weather was chilly. My boys enjoyed both.The floors needed to be vacuumed and mopped! Sand was all over the floor in the living area, hair on the bathroom floors, and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. One bathroom had 6 towels and washcloths. The other only had three. The fan in the master bath was hanging from the ceiling. This was reported to the office because I did not want to be charged for damage or missing towels and wash clothes. I would stay again. I have stayed at Waters Edge in the past and like the property. Check in and check out was easy.

We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered and the inconsistencies with the towels. We did explain to you when you booked the night prior to your arrival that we normally have housekeeping check the room prior to arrival, but we did not have anyone on staff to complete the inspection that day. We did notify you that someone could come in to take care of anything the next morning, but you declined our offer. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team to ensure these details are addressed for future guests. We also appreciate you reporting the fan in the master bath so that it could be safely handled. We would be delighted to host you again and ensure your next stay is even more comfortable. We Had a Great Time!

It was great to have the extra, full-size bathroom right beside the second bedroom. We were especially happy with the refrigerator in 0511 because the ice maker was convenient and right on the door. We had a great time and will be back to visit and stay with you again!

Beach TRIP

The only complaint i would have is we were only allowed 1 parking pass as we came in 2 cars. We observed alot of cars with no passes as we went by the rules.We were in a 2 bedroom condo.I think you should get 2 passes for 2 bedroom condo

Unfortunately, it is the HOA rules (not our rule as a rental company) that 1 and 2 bedrooms get 1 parking pass and 3 bedrooms get 2 parking passes. The cars that you saw without passes might have been owners that have owner passes that are stickers versus the hanging passes. Security walks the garage and gives violations for not having passes. We hope that you will visit again soon.

Family vacation

We brought our girls here with their friends when they were young now bringing our grands and brought youth groups down from church. We have always had good trips. I do appreciate the security around the pool keeping others from coming in off the beach that dont stay there. I do not like parking one car allowed to park is very hard there is no other parking the road is dangerous to leave a car on. We do love our visits
