The best part first. Location, location, location. We came for the snow sculptures, final week-end. The exhibit is only one block away. Convenient to ski shuttle and Gondola. The condo was average. Incomplete cookware if that’s important to you. Needs updating or remodeling.

Great condo for a weekend trip

This condo has a great view over Breckenridge and is an easy walk to the gondola or town. The place was comfortable for 8 people and we had a great time!

Great location and nice condo with plenty of beds. Communication with property management company was lacking. Only area of improvement we would like to note is the coffee pot was terrible; recommend replacing.

It was a very nice condo with everything we needed. The kitchen had what was needed for cooking with plenty of counter space. I am not sure about spices as we brought our own. This unit was on the 4th floor with a nice little patio to sit out and enjoy the mountains and nice mountain air. There were stairs out our door and the elevator was not far away. The hot tubs were great to soak in after a day of hiking or walking around town, which Main Street is a block or two away from the condo. There is a trail on the south side of the units that you hike up the mountain. See the pictures from the trail, including a moose. This place is definitely on the list for future trips.

A good skier location in a fun town

Great location! Condo is outdated but a good place to land for the night with ski gear etc and an easy walk to downtown ! The electric fireplace is a nice feature. We slept 7 comfortably but anymore would have been a squeeeze.

First, the hot water was not working. My friend went into the shower, and after about 5 minutes, the water became cold and she had to step out.Second, the heater in the living room wasn't working and the fireplace wasn't either. This made the living room effectively unusable. We all had to pack into one of the rooms, where there was heat.Third, the elevator stopped working. We used it to carry our luggage to our room on the 4th floor when checking in, but it didn't work for check out so we had to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs.Due to these mishaps, we had to delay our dinner plans and were not able to fully enjoy the apartment and did not get our money's worth. I would not recommend this place.

When we checked, the hot water was running as expected, and we provided a space heater and cycled the living room heat to get it up and going as quickly as possible. Great location!

This was a nice ski in condo right in town at the bottom of the Lower 4 o’clock Run. Shuttle stop right outside made transportation to the lifts easy. Older unit, but clean. Furniture was comfortable and the gas fireplace was a nice feature. Galley kitchen was tight for more than one person to be in, but the appliances were all updated and there were adequate pots, pans, etc. . . We would stay again!

Clean and awesome location.

This place has been loved hard... but everything important works. The beds, for a VRBO, are pretty good. Gas fireplace rocks! There is a bus stop just outside that will get you to Snowflake or Beaver Run very easily and then you can ski back on the 4 o'clock trail to that same bus stop. Amazing. Very close to downtown too. Good place - especially if you bring teenagers. Just one complaint: The trash can needs to be replaced. It was obviously a more involved type at one time, but the top has been modified and there are these weird pointy things at the top that make it essentially impossible to get the liner out without putting holes in the bag. Weird. I highly recommend for families.

Great location and very nice property manager!

The location was excellent and we enjoyed the cozy fireplace. The property manager was very nice and helpful when the washing machine wouldn’t work. As for the actual unit, it leaves a lot to be desired. It’s very old/dated and really needs updating, especially the old carpeting and beat up walls, furniture, etc. If not for the great location and the very nice management staff, we would have been terribly disappointed in this stay for the price we paid.

Overall nice place, could use some updating ( carpet) Bathrooms are small, not much counter space but made it work. Parking is a mess, very narrow . Maintenance supervisor Jeremy was AMAZING, came to help with toilets and lights and gave us lots of tips about things to do and see. Overall nice place in a great location .

Check in was a hassle. The place was okay, dated but clean. But location was on the end of the building on highway! Not a peaceful location.

Please note that during COVID we are offering contact-less check in if guests do not feel comfortable checking in with our front desk staff. This option includes accessing keys to the unit in our lock box located at our Main Street Office which is less than a mile from this unit. The other option is to check-in directly with our front desk during our easy check in process at our Main Street Office. In addition, we do market this unit as a condo downtown which is located off the the Breckenridge route 9 road. Please note that we do be sure to indicate in the listing headline as well as description that this is located in the heart of Breckenridge - which is a great location to access Main Street, but can be a busier location. Breck Getaway

The easy late check in and location of this property was great. The property was decently clean aside from the linens given for the pull out couch that Jeremy, on site front desk attendant, was kind to replace for us. The condo slept 10 people but we were only given 7 towels, no pool towels for hot tub, and only given one on site parking pass. (With 10 people we had 3 cars). The kitchen lacked a few basic kitchen utensils like pizza cutter, strainer, and no laundry detergent for washer. Free shuttle was great as it picked you up right outside the door and then you could ski back to the condo with ease. Overall I would recommend again for the cheap price.

Large place but not great

I have stayed in this building and area before. The location is great, the unit is tired and was not very clean. Luggage tags from prior guests greeted us at the front door, the bathroom fans were caked with dust, and toilets were slow to flush. The bedspreads in the bunk bed room have "several" stains on them. Unit sleeps a bunch of people the mattresses are firm! Kitchen was upgraded and nice. Soap was provided in the bathrooms but no shampoo etc. (Gallon of shampoo was found in the 2nd bathroom under the sink) along with some broken door handles. The fireplace was "tempermental" at best, sometimes a quick turn of the knob ignited others nothing.. None of the light switches in the bedrooms control the lamps, you need to manually turn on and off. I would gladly post photos of the unit but cannot seem to do so here. I am not trying to be over critical, but this unit was disappointing.

Great location!

The location of this property is amazing! We stayed here during the summer months and never had to drive anywhere during our stay unless we were venturing out to a surrounding city. We loved the convenience of being so close to the Breckenridge shops and restaurants.
