Entièrement redécor�� en septembre 2017 - nouveaux meubles, téléviseurs et plus! Cette unit�� de coin de deux chambres à coucher est notre plus grande unité dans tout le bâtiment, avec une surface habitable de 1288 pieds carrés. Le plan d��tage comprend du carrelage au sol, une chemin��e à gaz à deux côtés dans le salon et la chambre principale, un agréable coin repas et une vue sur la montagne depuis le balcon. La propriété offre une grande chambre principale avec un lit king-size et reste confortable avec la chemin��e. Autres caract��ristiques de la propri��té comprennent une laveuse / s��cheuse, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un espace de stationnement souterrain. Le bâtiment propose également un bain �� remous ext��rieur commun, une salle de remise en forme, un service de conciergerie gratuit pour les skis et un hall d'accueil avec une cheminée et des canapés. Toutes les attractions de Main Street se trouvent �� seulement un demi-bloc de marche. Le tél��si��ge de Quicksilver et la base du pic 9 se trouvent juste en face de la rue.

Overall excellent property. Could be better stocked. Parking garage problematic to load and unload from and wouldn’t allow key card access at times.

First class experience. Property located in historic district of Breckenridge. Easy to everything

Could not have been easier. Check in took 5 minutes. Check out took less. Very accommodating. Property was beautiful and exactly what we imagined having seen the pictures. Look forward to renting it again.

I don’t know where to begin but we are coming back for sure to this condo!

This condo was perfect for the skiing snowboarding family that go hard all day and want great location and great amenities.

Constructive feedback

Management and location were awesome!!! Beds were absolutely horrible. Back door didn’t lock and kept popping open. Side lamp in master didn’t work. The condo was kept really hot. Fans desperately need dusting.

But the Heat

Everything was great at the place but the heat! It was cranked so high we couldn’t sleep. Thermostats didn’t change anything. The custodian didn’t know how to change it either

Amazing location and lots of space!

Cant recommend this apartment enough. Walk to the lift and town. Underground parking makes life easy. Well-appointed to cook meals and lots of space.

Functional Unit

The place was functional, as it was close to everything. However, I felt the listing was deceptive as it showed views of the Dredge and lake, and a hot tub (Appeared as though it was in the unit)...neither of these things were true, which was disappointing. Also, the door to the garbage area is broken and animals regularly got into the garbage, which was unavoidable when walking into the building. The unit itself, however, was as presented and very comfortable. It worked well for a family of 4. Anymore than that would be crowded, but for us it was great!

Amazing space in downtown Breck

Everything about our stay at this property was great, and exceeded our expectations. Great value for price, and the included parking was great too. The only thing that could have made this property perfect would have been on-site check in, but it’s still not too far. Would stay again!!!

Better than expected!

This condo was perfect for our ski trip. Location was amazing. The lift was just across the street so no need to take the bus. This actually worked out better than many of the “ski in” properties that we have previously stayed in. Ground level of the condo is a ski shop. This allowed us to drop of our skis in the evening to be tuned and grab them in the morning without going out of the way. The condo itself was very up to date. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Beautiful place, great location

My family and I had a quick getaway to Breck and chose this place because of its location and value. It was the perfect amount of space for us, very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Short Summer Getaway

This is a beautiful unit. It was well stocked and very comfortable. The location is great for parking the car and seeing the town on foot. It is difficult to find the entrance and how to get into parking so be sure to double check directions when checking in. It is a bit noisy as it faces a fairly busy street. This would not be a problem in the winter but during the summer with the windows open is is noticeable. Overall I was very happy with the condo and our stay.

Great Location, Large Condo

Very clean, awesome location on Main Street next to great restaurants, larger than expected. Seemed more like a hotel than a traditional rental. Secondary bedroom quite warm in the summer. Best to call property manager rather than email. Overall, great trip for a great price.

Great condo but steamy heat

We stayed in Unit 210 in the Park Avenue Lofts for Spring Break. The unit was perfect in every way EXCEPT for the excruciating heat (even with all thermostats turned all the way down) which kept us from getting a good night’s sleep. We called the management company and were advised to open the windows which was not a good solution either (it became too cold). The unit is large with plenty of space, great bathrooms and kitchen. The location to skiing at Peak 9 and close proximity to restaurants and shopping can’t be beat. Please fix the heat situation in the building (the hallways were extremely hot too) and in unit 210.

Unit thermostat didn’t work, and you have to do the dishes and take out the trash.

You pay a couple hundred dollars for cleaning costs when you book the condo then they explain when you check in that you are responsible for taking out the trash and washing the dishes. Furthermore there is a coffee maker present with no filters or coffee. Place is in a good location but feels cheap.

March 2018 Stay

Excellent location for 1st time skiiers right accross the street from ski school and beginners slopes. On site parking is huge plus. Spacious rooms with a good kitchen. Downside is - the room gets hot if weather is warm. The leasing office was not very friendly and accommodating to early check in ( even though they knew our arrival time).
