Light-filled + spacious house near Texas A&M

This carefully curated 2200 sqft light-filled home features large windows, high ceilings, and spacious areas for entertaining, relaxing, and celebrating.

The kitchen features a large peninsula with seating, a breakfast nook, and all of the important kitchen amenities. For coffee lovers, we have an espresso machine, burr coffee grinder, scale, and a chemex pour-over coffee maker. We would love to leave a bag of our favorite locally-roasted beans upon request! For the mixology lovers, our bar is fully equipped with shakers, glasses of all kinds, and all the equipment you'll need. We have a high chair and a toddler table with four chairs that we can leave upon request.

The primary suite is located in the left wing of the house and has a beautiful, brand new bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a soaking tub. In the right wing you will find 3 more bedrooms and two separate bathrooms that share a shower. Upgraded high-speed internet allows for uninterrupted streaming and work-from-home capabilities.

While the home has beds to sleep 8 comfortably, there is also a spacious office where you are welcome to use our pack-and-play or our air mattress for extra guests. Just let us know so we can leave the room ready for you. We expect your stay to be a 5 star stay!

The backyard is large, fully-fenced, and features outdoor seating, a gas grill, a charcoal grill, a gas fire pit, and a standard fire pit with four Adirondack chairs. We also have a picnic table and outdoor games such as washers, Kan Jam, Bocce, etc.
