It's a beautiful new house with plenty of space and light, in a nice, brand-new neighborhood. We especially appreciated the ample bathroom space and the hot tub, which we used a couple of times even though the weather was pretty hot. On the slightly downside, there was seating and dishes for 5 or 6 instead of 7. A dresser, bench, or luggage rack for the bedrooms would be nice. The sliding door from the main floor bedroom to the hot tub area does not latch or lock. We missed having salt, sugar, and oil/butter, but there were other basic provisions. We really loved it and would stay there again.
This home is in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Its close to shopping, trails and parks. The house is clean and the owner had nice touches to make this stay easy and relaxing.
We enjoyed our stay at the Mt Elden Tree Home. Super cute neighborhood. Felt very safe. The house was perfect for our extended family. The hot tub was a great added touch for the chillier evenings. Would definitely stay again!
Our stay here was amazing, the property is immaculate and very comfortable and accommodating! Communication with the owner was very convenient, overall great experience, we eill be back for sure!
Our stay was great and the property was too notch. Close to stores and restaurants. Added bonus, close to some really great hiking trails. Would recommend
Flagstaff and this property worked great as a gateway to hike in the Grand Canyon and in Sedona. We also hiked the trails in Flagstaff as well. Property was very large and comfortable for 4 adults. We enjoyed the hot tub and cooked several dinners in the kitchen which is large and well stocked. Overall, great experience.
Great location in Flagstaff. Home is located on a no outlet road which eliminates local traffic, making for a very quite and safe location. Neighborhood was very nice also. Home was as advertised and owner communication was excellent.
Overall our stay was really good. We were on a vacay to see the Grand Canyon and stayed two nights here. It was a 2 hour drive to Grand Canyon South Rim. The house has lots of rooms and lots of bathrooms which was a huge plus. The kitchen is decently equipped with the basic necessities and the fridge and huge pantry was great for storing our food. The bedrooms were very clean and having that many bathrooms was a huge plus. However, we found that the beds were rather uncomfortable, with the upstairs streetside bedroom mattress the least comfortable of them all. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and close to the grocery store and driving distance to local restaurants. Check in and check out was seamless. Overall, it was a nice stay and we really enjoyed using the hot tub during the cold evenings.
Clean, New and Spacious - a Great Place for Great Adventures
We enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, almost new and very spacious, in a nice neighborhood. It was a great spot for it family of six. It also served as a great base for Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen wasn't as well appointed with utensils, bowls, small appliances, etc as some other places we've stayed but this didn't cause us any issues on this trip
The house was amazing. Only a 10min drive from downtown and 30 minute drive to Snowbowl. The house was easy to access and the host always responded in a timely manner. Even with the storm we were warm and safe from the strong winds. Was the perfect spot for our spring break trip.
We rented this house because it had 4 bedrooms for our family of 6 and looked to be a newer property. The kitchen was a disappointment and not stocked with basic kitchen necessities. There were only a few coffee mugs, minimal bowls and the pots and pans and cookie sheets looked like they came from Goodwill. Two of the four bed sheets were dirty when it was time for bed. We had to strip the beds and wash sheets before we could go to bed. When I contacted the host he had new sheets door dropped, but it look a hour and was after we had already washed the sheets. This is not what we wanted to do after a long travel day. Although the house sleeps 8, there were barely enough towels for our group of 6 for showers and no extra towels for the hot tub. No extra towels or sheets at the house for issues like this. We will not stay here again.
The whole experience was seamless and easy. The house was clean and in a great location! We went the to visit Snowbowl for snowboarding/skiing and the house was about 30min from the parking lot. Great place and I would definitely stay there again!!
Hi there, my family and I have been natives to Flagstaff for almost 25 years now. We love the 'life in the pines' living and with all it has to offer. We enjoy spending time as a family in the great outdoors while exploring the surrounding areas of Northern Arizona. We can't wait to host you! We look forward to providing you with the best stay possible!
