Welcome to ‘Midsummer Night's Dream’- a ‘prime location’ cottage that is sure to leave you ‘dreaming’ of Seaside, FL by the time you depart! New to our program and within walking distance to both the beach just one block away and the West Side Pool located directly across from the home allow this beach home to easily host your next getaway with a prime Seaside location.

Upon arrival, guests will spy a large, inviting screened-in front porch, the perfect spot to relax and converse over morning coffee, or to sip evening wine at sunset. From the comfort of this large porch, guests can enjoy tranquil views of a Seaside footpath or the Westside pool. Step inside the first level of the cottage to find three spacious bedrooms, two of which have king beds, as well as their own private bathrooms (shower only). The third bedroom is a king primary suite with its own full bath and porch access.

Just up the staircase, the second floor is home to an open living room, a dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, filled with natural light that beams through the numerous windows, and features bar top seating, and a half bath for your convenience. The living room has a 75-inch flat-screen TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Max, Hulu, Disney, Paramount, Peacock, Criterion Channel, Acorn, Brit Box, and cable. This level provides access to a large open-air balcony porch that runs the length of the home offering outdoor dining and several seating options with tree-top views and a view of the West side pool.

Meander through the kitchen and up a set of spiral stairs to locate a luxurious, open-air roof-top deck, featuring gorgeous and peaceful views of the Gulf of Mexico! This bonus spot serves as a fantastic hideaway to make memories, as well as a place to bask in all the sights and sounds that Seaside, FL has to offer. ‘Midsummer Night’s Dream’ additionally includes its own washer/dryer, an outdoor shower, a pole-mounted grill, and much more. This coastal cottage will leave you saying, ‘Pinch me, I must be dreaming!’
