Chevy Chase-1mi to Rupp-Kroger Field-Downtown
You will love this centrally located 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the Chevy Chase area. It is about 1 walking mile from RUPP arena, downtown and the University of Kentucky Campus. And just a short 8 mile drive to Keeneland.
We recently added a privacy fence around a portion of the back patio, as well as an outdoor gas fire pit.
Pack 'n Play available upon request.
The space
Ranch style home with basement where washer/dryer are located. (Laundry pods are provided)
Bedroom 1 - Full bed, 32' smart TV, desk for remote work
Bedroom 2 - King bed, 32' smart TV
Bedroom 3 - King bed 32' smart TV
Dining room 1 - Table with six charis
Dining room 2 - Table with four chairs
Kitchen - Fully stocked with all essential items including coffee pot with coffee grounds, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, tea, paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher pods.
Spacious living area with gel mattress pull out couch, love seat, and chair with ottoman.
2 full bathrooms - One with stand up shower, one with tub/shower. Stocked with bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, towels, hand towels and wash cloths
Plenty of off street parking available as well as free on street parking.
Guest access
Completely private home with shared exterior yard in the back. There is a privacy fence on a portion of the back patio. The house is connected to an apartment building but no one other than VRBO guests will have access to the house.
Other things to note
We just recently added a privacy fence to a portion of the back patio.
The building next door has 8 apartments. The apartment tenants use a laundry facility that is located in the basement of this house. The basement has been sectioned off and the tenants do not have any form of access into the house itself or your side of the basement.
The door that the apartment tenants use to access the basement is located in the middle of the back patio of this house. (Please see pictures of the back of the house for reference - and note the new privacy fence is not pictured.)
The laundry facility for the apartment tenants ONLY is a paid laundry facility and we do not recommend guests use this as we have provided a washer and dryer that is free for you to use. The VRBO guests W/D is located in the basement but again - these areas have been completely separated off and do not have connecting doors. The way VRBO guests access their laundry is from a door inside the house.
