Escape to Hillside Tranquility, a stunning 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat nestled in the scenic hills of Fountain Hills. This single-level home boasts a 3-car garage, an entertainer's dream backyard, and unobstructed Sonoran Mountain views from nearly every room. Designed for relaxation, the home is flooded with natural light thanks to expansive windows throughoutâbringing the desert landscape inside.
Step through the grand wooden front door into a spacious, light-filled entry. The cozy living room features a dramatic stone accent wall, 65" Smart TV, surround sound, and a gas fireplace, all framed by mountain views right from the sofa. A large sectional provides the perfect space for family movie nights or curling up with a board game from the curated selection near the fireplace.
The chef's kitchen is open and inviting, with granite countertops, dark wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliancesâincluding a Sub-Zero fridge, induction cooktop, wall oven, and built-in microwave. Enjoy your morning coffee at the dedicated coffee bar featuring a Keurig, espresso machine, and drip coffee maker. There's also a convenient workspace with a desk and printer, seamlessly built into the kitchen layout.
The primary suite is a peaceful retreat with a king-sized bed, Smart TV, loveseat, and private patio access to the pool area. The en-suite bath features dual vanities, a large walk-in rainfall shower, and an expansive walk-in closet.
The two guest bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with dual sinks, a shower/tub combo, and private entries. One has a standard closet, the other a walk-in. The fourth bedroom is set up as a flexible space with a queen bed, desk, and sitting chair, perfect as a guest room or office with gorgeous views and French doors.
Step outside and you'll find your private desert oasis. The backyard showcases a heated pebble tech pool with a tranquil waterfall, 4 sun loungers, a covered patio with a sectional and chairs, and a fire pit dining table for 6. The outdoor kitchen includes a stainless steel BBQ grill, sink, and mini fridgeâideal for sunset grilling with mountain views as your backdrop.
Please Note: Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $140.00 per day plus tax, and requires three days to reach 82°F during winter months. The green hue of the water is a natural result of the sandy-toned pebble tech combined with blue waterâit is completely normal and safe.

**Stays 21 days during 5/1-10/31 will require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.**
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~ Please remember! We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please make sure coordinate your travel plans ahead of time
~ Casago provides a starter pack which will include hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. Please refrain from using "flushable wipes."
~ This home is dog-friendly with approval. Additional pet fee of $150 per pet. Please remember to clean up after your dog prior to checking out; failure to do so may result in additional fees. The guest is liable for all pet damage. Absolutely no cats allowed.
~ No large gatherings
~ No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~ Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~ Utility caps apply to stays over 21 days. This 4 bedroom has a $250 utility allowance per 30 days ($8.34 per day.) Guest are responsible for any amount billed over the $250 utility cap. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer
~ All Casago Homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
~ Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. Reservation holder must be at the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~ All reservations are subject to a background check and an additional screening fee. The reservation holder must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Fountain Hills Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith. You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Fountain Hills Town Code Section 8-6-5. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose. The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Fountain Hills Town Code. The Owner of this Short-Term Rental is required to perform a background check on you and your guests prior to your stay.
