Home is centrally located and in between Old Town & North Scottsdale, 15 minute drive in either direction. 5 minutes to Shea & 101 Freeway. Super Bowl Fans - State Farm Stadium 35 minute drive. 25 minutes to PHX Sky Harbor Airport.

Living room features a 65 inch Smart Tv with Directv, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring and enjoying our beautiful Arizona.
We know how important a good nights rest is, and all bedrooms have brand new beds, pillows, linens. Plenty of space in each bedroom with tons of hangers to keep clothing looking fresh and wrinkle free.
Home is in walking distance to the best sandwich shop/deli/bodega, and only minutes from larger grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream and more. Home is centrally located with close access to the main freeway 101.

This house was amazing for my group. The host was accomodating on our need to arrive early. We had no problems or issue with any of the amenities. Would recommed this to anyone needing an amazing spot in Scottsdale.

Kristin made our stay an exceptional experience

The house is very well stocked and clean. Anything we need can be found in the house. Kristin prepared welcoming snacks, fruits and water. It warmed our hearts on a stormy check-in day. I took the card with me :-)Kristin is very responsive returning my messages.I like the way the house is decorated. You can tell the host cares about this house a lot.

Private and roomy ranch

This 3 bedroom home with a large living space and beautiful dining room and kitchen met my family of 5’s needs very nicely. Beautiful and tastefully decorated, with top notch furniture and comfortable beds. Each room has brand new ceiling fans with remotes and help you adjust temperature easily for a long nights rest. Large smart TVs in the master and living room were great for retreating into our separate parts of the home when we were winding down for the night. The location is great, situated on a quiet subdivision off of via Linda road. Kristin also welcomed us with a very generous gift basket of snacks and wine and even some brand new games she bought for my daughter when she heard I’d be bringing a child with me. Just an amazing stay and I highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking to vacation in north Scottsdale.

We had a wonderful weekend in Scottsdale staying at this beautiful home. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. The location was perfect—close to so many fun activities and great dining options. The host was incredibly thoughtful, offering helpful recommendations and even stocking the kitchen with delicious snacks and fresh fruit. It truly made our stay extra special. We would absolutely stay here again!

Greetings Travelers!
Born in Queens, N.Y. and relocated with my family to Arizona in '97. After high school, moved to Vienna, Austria and lived there over a year, then back east coast for a period of time before returning to the desert. Growing up we traveled quite frequently so it is no surprise that I am passionate about travel. I am also passionate about hosting, which is why turning this home into a furnished rental seemed like a great idea.

After returning to Scottsdale, I began working in the financial services industry and ended up purchasing Casa De Hugo in 2011, it was my first home, named after my beloved dog Hugo who sadly crossed the rainbow bridge in 2018. After our long term tenants ( 6 years) moved out this summer, we decided it was time to give Casa De Hugo a major facelift, and took it one step further by fully furnishing it. I appreciate being able to travel and rent homes that make traveling so much more enjoyable, and I wanted to offer the same to other fellow travelers.

We love the energy of this property, it's location is fabulous, truly the best deli sandwiches within a stones throw at our local bodega, plus nearby hiking trailss, parks, restaurants, stores, Mayo clinic, Fountain Hills, and so much more.

Centrally located allows you to effortlessly get to Old Town Scottsdale, and the opposite North Scottsdale, with so much in between in both directions. The neighborhood is clean, quiet, friendly and beautiful mountain views.

We want to make our guests feel so welcome. We are constantly thinking of ways to enhance the guest experience and offer amenities and services you wish you had at other places.

Currently we are offering a free grocery pick up and delivery prior to arrival so that you can arrive with food, drinks, and whatever else you might need during your stay. ( Details upon booking)
