The covered terrace offers ample shade for those that would like to enjoy the views in the afternoon.

The PARADISE GEM is a fully furnished beachfront, air-conditioned throughout complimented with ceiling fans for your comfort. You will also have TV with IPTV in all rooms, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, dinnerware, pantry items, beach towels, bath towels, hair dryer, washer./dryer, iron with board, cooler for the beach, beach chairs etc.

The Palm Beach Condos Complex is safe with entry via code, a well kept lush garden, a common pool, off-street parking with night time security and 24/7 security cameras.

Everything was nice. Lack of a functional beach umbrella was the only serious disappointment. We couldn't set up on the beach or by the pool without being in full sun.

The condo was very clean. It had everything you would need for a stay. The property was very clean also. Pool was crystal clear. Property management employees were always keeping the property in good shape

Clean and quiet. Other people staying at the complex were wonderful to chat with. The unit itself had all the comforts for our stay. If we come back just the 2 of us we would be happy to stay here again.

Perfect spot

Our first visit to Simpson Bay. The place was well stocked and in a great location. We walked to several restaurants and bars. The beach was right there. The condo has 1 1/2 bathrooms which is a bonus.. the storm shutters keep the bedroom dark and cool so you sleep great. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice corner unit

This property was very well stocked with everything needed. The bed was extra comfortable with very nice linens. It was so nice to sit outside on the porch for breakfast with the gorgeous view of pool and Caribbean. This unit is exactly as you see it in photos. Jill was very communicative and easy to speak with. It was a very enjoyable stay!

PERFECT

This apartment couldn't have pleased my husband and I more. I can't think of one item it lacked. It was immaculate. Very tasteful decor. So enjoyable. Property managers Renata and Jill were both wonderful and always answered any questions promptly. We will be back and it will be in this unit for sure.

1 week getaway forst VRBO experince in Caribbean.

Property was clean and comfortable. Had everything that was needed for the week. We didnt cook at the property so I cannot speak to those appliances. If you will be using ice purchase some to put in the freezer. The location is fabulous. Pool, beautiful beach...you pick. Grounds are very well maintained. Right beside the airport so expect some noise only during the day from that but didn't bother us. The week we were there the beach was very quiet. Only issue we had was the entry code was different than instructed (property entry) however Renata was awaiting our arrival on time was was no issue as she let us in and let us know of the change. She gave us a quick tour of the place and how to operate different things which was very appreciated. We had a wonderful time in this location and would certainly enjoy returning. We loved Sint Maarten.

Winter Vacation

Check in was fine. Initially the host was attentive. She replaced the coffee as there was none and cleaned out the dishwasher as it hadn’t been done by housekeeping. The trouble arose when when it came time to have the house cleaned at our convenience. It wasn’t available when we wanted. Also when we arrived there was four beach towels and enjoyed having them all. However when housekeeping came they took two. When we called to have them replaced the just never responded at all. This was very displeasing as was the constant night time barking of the local neighborhood dogs. Won’t stay again

Paradise Found

We have found the perfect relaxation spot. This Palm Beach Condo is the best location for what we are looking for in a vacation. We are able to sit relax read a book, enjoy a walk on the beach followed by a swim in a clean pool or beach ( most days both), walk to a wide variety of bars and restaurants, pick up a car for touring around the island, shop for groceries and BBQ for supper, meet neighbors to get insight into more of what St. Maarten has to offer or pick up a fresh croissant and coffee to enjoy while reading the local paper with a view of Simpson Bay from the front porch. This condo is equipped with all we needed to enjoy a stress free vacation from the kitchen supplies to beach chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler for use to visit other island beaches. We will return !

Super Last minute trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay !

We booked this on a Monday for a Wednesday arrival !! Booking was seemless. We were so impressed with this place. So clean and spacious! It felt like home! So much I didn’t want to leave. Location is perfect. Steps from the beach. And groceries ! We even sat and had wine one evening with the neighbor ! And if we needed anything at all Jill was so quick to respond and take care of it! And There wasn’t much we needed. Highly recommend this place. We will be back !
