Belleair Beach Club 215 offers a dazzling waterfront view and is just steps from the sugary white sand of the Gulf of America. Infused with a coastal cottage vibe, Jeff and Gina's signature style shines throughout this gem. Tucked on the coast just two miles south of world-famous Clearwater Beach, the complex is a couple of steps from the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf in the laidback, secluded shoreline of Belleair Beach. Belleair Beach Club also boasts a beachfront heated outdoor pool with a spacious sundeck, lounge chairs, and 2 BBQ grills. Our calendar fills up fast, so be sure to book right away!

- Advance Notice Required: You must notify us in advance if you plan to bring a dog(s). Please include your dog's breed, weight and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. *Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments as this is a breach of our Rental Contract.
- Dog Size Limit: Two (2) dogs allowed up to 20 pounds each.
- Pet Fee: $175 minimum per dog per reservation (up to one week). Past one week up to one month $350 per dog per month depending on reservation.
- Not Permitted: No dogs under 12 months old
- The following breeds (and any mixes thereof) are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull (any mix), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog hybrid.
- Dog Rules While on Property:
- Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit.
- Dogs are not allowed in the pool area.
- All dog walks must defecate off the association property. The city property begins after the hedging, as you leave the parking lot.
- Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach.
- Excessive barking will result in immediate eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.
Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (âEmotional support animalâ means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as âAn assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person's disability. An assistance animal is not a pet.â We are happy to accommodate guests with assistance animals, adhering to online booking sites policies and all applicable laws. Hello! We are Jeff and Gina Paglialonga, owners of Jeff and Gina Properties.
Our love story and our love for travel both began decades ago. High school sweethearts, University of Florida graduates, and happily married for 40 years, we've built a life centered on faith, family, and fun. Together, we've raised four children, now enjoy five grandchildren, and have traveled to six of the world's seven continentsâexperiences that have shaped not only who we are, but how we serve others.
Jeff has also owned and operated an Allstate Insurance Agency, earning the company's highest distinction, Top in Country. That dedication to service, trust, and excellence carries through everything we do.
Today, we personally own and manage vacation rental properties in St. Pete/Clearwater, New Smyrna Beach, and North Carolina. Our love story and our love for travel both began decades ago. High school sweethearts, University of Florida graduates, and happily married for 40 years, we've built a life centered on faith, family, and fun. Together, we've raised four children, now enjoy five grandchildren, and have traveled to six of the world's seven continentsâexperiences that have shaped not only who we are, but how we serve others.
Jeff has also owned and operated an Allstate Insurance Agency, earning the company's highest distinction, Top in Country. That dedication to service, trust, and excellence carries through everything we do.
Today, we personally own and manage vacation rental properties in St. Pete/Clearwater, New Smyrna Beach, and North Carolina.
