We live a few hours away but we have a great maintenance person close by that can be available when needed.

Unique quiet neighborhood, 13 mins drive to Blue Mountain Ski Resort. Bus stop is at the end of our street (2 min walk/120 m)

Collingwood has a public transit service that operates daily, but the easiest ways to get around town are by car or on foot.
Taking a car is the easiest way to reach activities outside of the town limits. We recommend Uber as an option to move around the town or go to the Blue Mountain. Bus stop is at the end of our street. Please note there is no bus service (Colltrans Service) on any statutory holidays. It will take you 13 mins to drive to the Blue Mountains. Bus stop is at the end of our street.
NO SMOKING
● Please kindly do not smoke inside the house. You may smoke in the garden.

● No parties are permitted in our home.

PETS
● We love animals, you are allowed to bring one of your furry friends for an additional pet fee.

QUIET TIME
● Please respect our neighbours by keeping the noise down after 10 pm-7am.

Please be reminded that we have a zero tolerance house rules policy for smoking, party, or noise. There is a fine of $400 for each offence plus reimbursement for damages.

a. Do not use the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substances that impair judgment and coordination.

d. Do not use glass containers or any sharp objects near or inside the hot tub.
e. Do not dive or jump into the hot tub, as it is not designed for such activities.
f. Do not adjust the hot tub's settings or equipment unless authorized by the host.
g. Children should be supervised by a responsible adult at all times to ensure their safety.

Release of Liability: By using the hot tub, you release the host, their agents, employees, and representatives from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other claims arising from the use of the hot tub, regardless of the cause. This release of liability applies to all guests and their accompanying individuals.
