This is the worst property we have stayed in all our years coming to PCB. The closet doors in the guest bedroom would not stay in the tracks and ended up just falling off completely. The bathroom door in the master suite was broke also. We had to close the bedroom door if you needed to use the restroom. I emailed the property manager about the broken doors and still have not been given a reply. There were no trash bags, no dishwasher detergent, only 1 roll of toilet paper for the week. Not even a dish rag to wash the dishes. I understand these things are not a given to be provided but I’ve never rented a unit that has had absolutely nothing from the start.

Best condo, very clean, comfortable beds

Best condo we have ever stayed in. We loved how clean it was, how comfortable the beds were, we loved the pool and hot tubs and how easy it was to get to different shops around the area. Will definitely stay here again in the future

Condo was clean and spacious. Equipped with everything we needed plus more. Needs a little updating, the carpet had a few spots and needs to be replaced with tile, but it wasn't bad. Beds were comfortable and the view is amazing. Security seemed a little overwhelming, but we had no problems. Nice condo and great vacation!

PCB Spring Break 2025

The condo was perfect. It is right on the beach, the views are amazing. You get to the pool, the beach, and several entertaining places are within walking distance. The condo, common areas, pool, bar, etc were clean and maintained well.

The staff was amazing, loved the condo! The tiki bar w really good food!

We came to meet our kids and grandkids on their spring break! Each family had their own units!! 1802 and 902. We all really enjoyed ourselves!!

I have stayed in a lot of places in Panama City but this my favorite place so far! It’s was in a ideal location and was surrounded by a lot of stuff to do and places to visit! I have no complaints At about my here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time. Some small issues but overall an excellent stay.The bed in the master bedroom needs work. The mattress was not comfortable. There is a brace hanging down under the bed and the bed was very noisy when sitting/laying/moving. The sliding door to the bathroom is missing a screw and the latch kept coming off (silver cover). The recliner in the listing is not a recliner. The controls did not work to lift the foot rest (not plugged in). The head rest had a very large tear/slit. The door wall track and area around the tracks could have been cleaner. There should be extra rolls of toilet paper in the unit. We should not have had to purchase more. Overall, a very nice stay. Great location, great neighbors and excellent artwork. We will return.
