5. Safety & Security: For your peace of mind, the property is professionally cleaned and sanitized. We offer 24/7 guest support. For security, exterior-only cameras are located at the front of the home monitoring the parking area and front door. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard.

Amazing place on the river!!! Absolutely loved all the amenities - game room, hot tub & sauna, fire table on the back deck watching boats float by, and the leaves especially!! To add to it, Kapil was an excellent host - very responsive even provided a rake so we could play in the leaves (don’t have “Fall” in the south… Highly Recommend for gathering families! Interesting layout but very liveable and worked great for our 3-gen/10-per fam. Would definitely rent again!

I highly recommend this riverfront beauty . Jeffersonville is such a cute little city just minutes from all the action of Louisville. The host was very accommodating and was quick to reply with any questions or concerns. 10 out of 10 would recommend .

Delightful River home with great activities!

This is a delightful place to stay - for us a semi-annual trip with 5 old friends - plenty to do in the home from a great kitchen filled with all the necessary items to a fun game room, spectacular back deck overlooking the river, and lovely hot tub. This is a perfect getaway and close to downtown Louisville and all the wonderful things it has to offer. Thanks for making this a great place to stay!

Fun little getaway for spring break

We wanted a little getaway during the kids spring break this year and this place was great. We had 6 adults and 5 kids between 7- 15. The kids loved the game room and movie theater, and the adults enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and fire table outside. Overall the place was very clean and had everything we needed. Kapil the owner reached out to me before and during the trip and was very helpful . I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in Louisville.

We can for a basketball tournament and this home was perfect. We had several highschool girls and this was their last hurrah for their team. The amenities of the home made it an amazing trip! Everything was just as pictures and more!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The house had so many advantages. Theater room; Game room; Large kitchen; Comfortable bedrooms and baths. Owner was responsive immediately to any questions. The view of the river was a plus. The highchair and crib was a plus for our seven-month-old grandson. This was a great location to tour Louisville and nearby places in Kentucky.

Riverfront Home was Fantastic

I travelled with my husband and two other couples to Louisville. We lucked out when we found this home. The accommodations were amazing! You will not be disappointed. We used every square inch of the place actually. I actually really enjoyed that this was about 10 minutes out of Louisville because it was really nice and quiet. Being on the river was also great. We spent early evenings out on the deck thoroughly enjoying it. The neighbors were very friendly. The theater room was fantastic as well as the game room. When we looked at the house we wondered if this were a Bachelor Party house that had been abused. NO, it was not. It just had fantastic amenities.Kapil, the owner was incredibly responsive and had a fantastic balance of checking in with us. I would highly recommend this home for a stay.

Awesome Host and Property

This property beat our expectations! Kapil went beyond in ensuring that every little detail made our stay perfect. This house lacks for nothing - from cell phone charges to fully stocked bathrooms, you will find everything you need. The game room and movie room are amazing. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the river and all the activity on the waterfront. And the location….so close to Louisville, allowed us to be in the city without “being in the city”. Kapil was in touch with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a stay in Louisville! Simply an exceptional experience!

Fabulous Riverfront Home

We stayed for a long weekend with friends while visiting the Bourbon Trail. The house was beautiful, just like the pictures showed. Very clean. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The entertainment room was full of fun games which we all played and enjoyed. The view of the Ohio River is stunning - watched all the barges go by. The weather wasn’t conducive to use the hot tub or sauna (next time)! Kapil was lovely to work with - very responsive and helpful with all my questions. Would definitely recommend his home and will visit again.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We recently stayed at the Derby Riverfront. The house was perfect for our group of 12 we had staying there. Its very clean, spacious and decorated very modern. We had 5 kids between ages of 7 and 13 there and they absolutely loved the game room and movie theater and so did the adults. Honestly just staying at the house was a vacation in itself without going anywhere. We definitely enjoyed the outdoor sauna, hot tub and fire pit as well. So many different areas to enjoy at the house. They also had nice gas grill which we used twice. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and modern. There were lots of amenities including the full coffee bar as well as many toiletries were provided which was nice. Overall this was really a great place to stay and we would highly recommend!

Riverfront Jeffersonville

Our family of 11 stayed in the Riverfront Derby House to attend a wedding nearby. It was was just perfect for us! The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of room and something for everyone to do with our group ranging from 10 to 70 years. The Grandkids especially enjoyed the game room and the theatre. We all enjoyed the hot tub and sitting outside on the deck. We explored the nearby, River walk, restaurants, and the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory. We hated to leave and might have to come back for one of the free Riverfront concerts which are on weekends during the summer. Kapil was a wonderful host and always responded promptly to any questions. Thank you for enabling our family to have a wonderful weekend together (and the wedding was pretty great too!)

Amazing House and Property Manager

I couldn't have asked for a better rental for my 50th birthday! It was so great that I only wish we had more time in the property. It is fully stocked with everything you could need. The house is just as described with a very responsive property manager. The jacuzzi was lovely after a long day touring the Bourbon trail. It was nicely heated and running upon our arrival. The patio was a great hang area with my friends and family. Water pressure and WIFI were strong (both very important to me). Beds were comfortable. We did not have time to use the sauna or movie room. Note to other renters: almost every UBER/Lyft we called came from Louisville for pickup, so be prepared to wait 15-20 min after ordering even when the app says 10 min initially.

The Best VRBO Ever - 6 Stars!

This home exceeded all expectations! Perfectly appointed and the host did not miss any details. Spacious and decorated beautifully! All elements were new- furniture, appliances, sheets, towels and I could go on and on. Perfect for families. There is a game room with stand alone video games, board games and even a basketball toss( like u would see at the boardwalk). The media room provides movie theatre style seating and larger size screen to watch any movies. We did not use the outdoor area but it was well suited for fun with fire pit, hot tub and sauna. The interior was immaculate, freshly painted and felt like home. Close to Louisville and the highways leading to the Bourbon Trail. Nomination for a premier host! We have stayed in over a dozen VRBO’s and not one property comes close! 6 stars

Absolutely perfect!

We came for my mother’s 90th birthday. This house is absolutely the best and has everything you need! The attention to detail for what you may need is the best we have seen in our travels! We normally have to take items from home, but at this home you will have everything you need! The hosts also were the best we ever had and communicated and cared more than anywhere we have stayed! If you have children or dogs they even include all the necessities to make your stay perfect! The game room is fully stocke with literally anything you wanted, the kitchen and coffee bar was also stocked with everything you could ever need! The theater room is perfect and the popcorn machine was a great touch! The hot tub was clean and ready to use as was the sauna! The outside seating was so comfortable and the lights and fireplace were beautiful at night! The screened porch was perfect for when we had rain! The location could not be better! So close to all you need! Not only airport but all the fabulous things Louisville and surrounding cities offer! My daughter and husband had a blast with the bourbon trail! Highly recommend you to visit this gem on the river!!

Lovely house with great special touches

We had a wonderful stay! Upon arrival the house was tidy and directions were very clear for how to use various amenities. The little notes all around were a nice touch. The coffee bar was a huge hit with the adults and the game room and movie room were big wins with the kids. The split level layout was nice for giving everyone their own space while still having a central gathering spot. The location is a bit off the beaten path if you are visiting Louisville specifically. We found it was about a 15 to 20 minute drive to everything we wanted to see. A few minutes more if you want to avoid the toll bridge. On the plus side being outside the city made for quiet nights. The riverfront views are more industrial than residential or recreational but we still found it very peaceful and charming. My personal favorite feature though was how well equipped the kitchen was. They had everything, right down to a very well stocked and labled spice rack. I have definitely been in rentals were I waste the first hours of my vacation buying home essentials like dish soap and garbage bags (only to leave it all there for the next guest so they aren't in the same bind). This place made a great impression as somewhere that you really do not need to worry about any of the little things. The property managers were also very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. Would certainly stay again if we were in the area.
