Completely renovated in 2023, this beautiful home in Southern Indiana is an amazing place for larger groups. We are located in the Jeffersonville Medical District, only 5 minutes to downtown Louisville and Distilleries.

Upon entering you are immediately greeted by a CUSTOM, 20 foot, floor-to-ceiling bourbon barrel stave accent wall adorned with our photo ready neon sign and 70 inch smart TV. The enormous kitchen and dining area has plenty of space for the entire group to hang out and cook meals. The centerpiece of the kitchen is the CUSTOM, 10 foot, bourbon barrel stave island.

High end furniture and finishes are abundant. The dining room table has seating for 6 with additional bar seating for 8 close by. The kitchen is custom built from top to bottom with everything you need for meal prep and cooking.

This home has every modern convenience you could want, including touch panel bedside lighting, USB ports and micro USB ports. Each bedroom has luggage racks and clothes storage/hanger areas to keep your outfits looking fresh and crisp.

The main floor features 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms, and plenty of open space for large groups to relax comfortably.

There are 9 comfy queen beds in total.

As we head upstairs we will find 2 additional bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms. The spacious full bathrooms are large and the perfect sharable space for parties to get ready for the festivities ahead. There is an additional seating area with a smart TV on the upper level for relaxing and entertaining.

Make your way out to the connected, fully fenced, private patio. Here you will find outdoor games and entertainment, a gas grill, outdoor dining and seating for up to 10.

For ultimate comfort, there are 2 thermostats on the main level of the house, each controlling a different "half" of the first floor. You will also find a 3 thermostat upstairs which controls the temperatures for the upper level.

Additional fees will be imposed if the property is left in unsatisfactory condition

Laundry accommodations are provided. Feel free to use them as needed to wash clothes and/or linens

Access to the house is through the front door. The key code will be sent 24 hours prior to check in.

Interaction is minimal. Guests check themselves in. Professional management staff is available for any needs during the stay.

RENTAL AGREEMENT/REQUEST FOR CONTACT INFORMATION: In accordance with booking platform policy and local regulations, guests are required to provide contact information and sign all Rental Agreements within 24 hours of booking. If guests do not complete or refuse to sign the rental agreement, host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without penalty and the cancellation policy will still apply.

WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.

KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.

RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!

NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home

CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST

NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.

NOISE LEVELS: Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and be respectful of neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours.

PARTIES/EVENTS: Absolutely no parties or events are allowed without written approval from the host prior to check in.
