Excellent property! We were in town for a week for our son’s wedding and shared the house with two other couples. It was fabulous. Beach is an easy walk, or you can drive two minutes and park in the public lot. Highly recommend, and look forward to booking again in the future!

Thank you for staying with us. We apologize for the misunderstanding with the towels and wash clothes. This property does not provide them, and we mention that in your arrival instructions. They were available to rent for a small fee. We are glad you enjoyed the home though. It is a great space!

The house was spacious, kids loved the pool, rooms were clean. Only thing I want to comment on is the backyard fencing, i thought it was completely fenced in as we have a special needs child so we could not use swing set or yard as much with kids out of constant concern she would run out as there was open area leading out to street. The pool was fenced in which is good.

Great beach house

Everyone loved this house and enjoyed staying here. 4 minute walk to the beach. The rooms are nice and the kitchen is spacious.

Great home Great location!

Two Oaks was as advertised and perfect for our family. The many decks, pool, hot tub and spacious yard made our stay special. The proximity of the beach via a paved path was a plus! Very convenient to stores, restaurants and shopping too!

Perfect Family Vacation

This house was perfect for our family of 14. The pool, hot tub, sand volleyball court, basketball hoop, and pool table provided hours of fun. The proximity to beach access and grocery stores was a big plus. We loved the house and would definitely rent it again.

Our 9th year traveling as a group of 10 guys with our motorcycles. The house was very clean, hot tub and pool were spotless. Bathrooms and the entire house were very clean. Exactly what we needed and some nice quiet down time once we were back at the house. All you need is at your finger tips and if you forget anything, food lion and bagel place are within 1/4 mile. Pizza delivery is available too. Great house for the money, EXCELLENT communication and the host is top notch through booking and any questions we had. We made sure the house was just as clean as we received it, we always want to the opportunity to come back! Great house! Joe Baumann

Perfect house and service

The home is beautiful and spacious. The main living area is huge and open and windows everywhere! The pool area was lovely. The few TINY problems that arose were handled incredibly quickly and easily. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place to spend a September week

House was clean and everything was functional. Bedrooms were nice and comfortable. The pool and hot tub area was really nice having a cozy and private feeling. The top floor common area was great and wide open with a number of different spaces for people to do their own thing but still feel part of the group which was important as we sat out a tropical storm one of the days!

Was an awesome experience . Was a great location and house was just like the photos if not better. Enough room for all and the pool and volleyball court got a lot of workout when not at the ocean. The location of shopping was just minutes away as well. Thank you so much for a great experience

Great vacation rental

This was a very nice rental home. It was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the fact that each room had either their own bathroom or direct access to one. The pool was nice and had many toys/floats for use. The kitchen was very roomy. There were 2 sets of dining tables which is perfect for big groups. The beach access was a short walk away, although when you're carrying lots of stuff, it might feel longer. Overall, this was a very nice home for our group.

All it was advertised

The property was clean and comfortable for our family of 13. It was as advertised. It is a rather far walk to the beach but not a surprise. The pool was well used as was the grill which should be replaced before long. We were very satisfied with this rental.

Vacation 2024

Great location with a nice walk to the beach. Shopping is in close proximity. The house was perfect for a big family. The propane grill was nice. Volleyball, basketball, swings, slide and pool were great for activity options. There are a few decking boards that are old and questionable. The upstairs carpet could have been cleaner but overall, really nice place to spend the week with family and friends. I would rent this house again.

Good and bad

The good: The house is large, the pool is heated, it’s in close proximity to the beach and grocery stores, and the rental agency was responsive. The bad: This house was built in 1995 and hasn’t been touched since. It’s a rundown rental and in desperate need of TLC. The exterior is moldy, the decks are old and in desperate need of paint, the pool / pool deck are worn out, and there is general bits of damage everywhere. But what really surprised me were the fees for not cleaning the house. Every rental has check out procedures, but this one came with fees for not taking the trash out ($50), not emptying the dishwasher ($20), and not stripping the beds ($20). Requiring your tenants to be the maids is bad business. Cleaning fees should be part of the rental cost, not the responsibility of the renters. If you’re a frat looking for a cheap house to trash on a graduation party, this is it. If you’re a family looking for a nice vacation home, shop around.

We are sorry that the house fell short of this guests expectations, but feel that this review is a dishonest representation of the condition of the property. The house is clean, well maintained, and true to the listing description and pictures. It is a family house and should be enjoyed as such. Unlike many other property management companies, we do not charge an extra cleaning fee and feel that guests appreciate this. Guests are responsible for taking out their trash, doing their dishes and stripping their beds. Our exceptional housekeeping staff takes care of the rest.

Overall, this was a great house with a lot of features. Honestly, only thing this house needs to be a 6 star place for us was new mattresses.

Family vacation

We loved the house, it was bright and very spacious, and our group of 9 were not on top of each other. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans and it was thoroughly enjoyable been able to cook breakfast for everyone. Even though the weather was lousy the whole week and we didn’t get any beach time, we took full advantage of the jacuzzi and pool table and bord games.
