Located on the 2nd floor with convenient, easy access to the beach and resort amenities, this spacious condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and offers everything you need for the perfect Panama City Beach vacation.

Inside, Unit 209 features a bright and open floor plan with stunning Gulf views from the living area and private balcony overlooking the east pool and beach. The spacious balcony is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind with a sunset cocktail, or simply listen to the relaxing sound of the waves.

The living room was updated in 2024 with a NEW Sofa Sleeper and Smart TV, creating a comfortable space to relax after a fun-filled beach day. The bedroom features a King Bed with an adjoining private bathroom, while a second FULL bathroom with walk-in shower provides extra convenience for families and guests.

The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living area, making it easy to cook meals, entertain, or simply enjoy the breathtaking beachfront scenery. A washer and dryer are also included inside the condo for added convenience during your stay.

Pelican Walk is one of Panama City Beach’s most family-friendly Gulf-front resorts, ideally located on the quieter east end of Thomas Drive while still being close to everything PCB has to offer! There was a water outage for a day and it didn't come back on until midnight. They didn't offer a discount or voucher to schedule a free day and I think that was wrong.

This October we stayed at unit 209 and it was very clean. Husband loved the recliner. Very was great of the pool and beach. Very convenient walking down one flight of stairs to pool. Staff in office very helpful and always kind. Grounds are great. Maintenance is always available if you need them. We really enjoyed the heated pool. The beach chairs included were great too. This is our home away from home. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
