Large comfortable family house located on a quiet dirt road with access to sandy lakefront beach and walking trails. The house includes a large living room with a fireplace and grand piano, a spacious dining room, tons of puzzles, games, books, etc, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook for a crowd. The property features a short walking trail, tennis court, basketball hoop, fire pit, a barn with pool table, foosball, ping pong, and a variety of lawn games. The family beach (shared between 2 households) offers views of Mt. Cube as well as canoes, kayaks, rafts and plenty of beach toys. Nothing too fussy or fancy- this is the perfect place for a fun family vacation, reunion, work retreat or adventure base. The location offers easy access to the White Mountains and the Appalachian Trail (1.5 miles down the road) and is within reach of many hiking, biking, cross country and downhill ski destinations. The house is on a quiet, dead-end, dirt road, perfect for dog walks, kids on bikes, and birding. This place is also dog friendly. NOTE: This house shares a 20 acre property with another separate rental house. This rental is used only sporadically, but we can’t guarantee it will not be in use during your stay.
