À côté de Copperwynd Resort, à une minute à pied. Une retraite tranquille à quelques minutes de Scottsdale sur la crête surplombant Fountain Hills. Le meilleur des deux mondes, ville et pays. Charme de petite ville et événements de grande ville. Nous sommes à environ 10 minutes en voiture de la clinique Mayo et à 5 minutes en voiture de la fontaine de renommée mondiale. La randonnée est juste devant votre porte. Les taux mensuels sont disponibles.

Imaginez le soleil qui brille sur votre peau alors que vous vous asseyez dehors un matin d'hiver tiède en sirotant votre café ou votre chai latte sur le pont avant de vous diriger vers les coulisses. La villa est nichée dans les montagnes McDowell sur le bord de Scottsdale et dispose de trois patios, fournissant à la fois une vue sur la montagne et la ville de la plus haute crête autorisée pour le développement par la ville de Fountain Hills. Nous avons choisi cet endroit en particulier parce qu'il éprouve beaucoup de jours de soleil de temps pendant les mois d'hiver. La station balnéaire de Copperwynd est la station balnéaire la plus exclusive de Fountain Hills, qui est l’une des villes les plus prospères de l’Arizona. Nous sommes situés juste à côté. S'il vous plaît vérifier avec la station sur l'utilisation, car il est séparé de notre location. Le magazine Conde Nast a classé le spa de Copperwynd comme le meilleur spa de jour que l’Arizona a à offrir. Descendez la route qui mène au club de golf Sunridge Canyon et à son practice pour une expérience de golf de style links stimulante qui se déroule dans les domaines désertiques de Fountain Hills. Ils ont aussi un bon restaurant avec une belle vue sur le parcours de golf. Ou dirigez-vous vers le parcours de golf Eagle Mountain, offrant des vues à couper le souffle sur la vallée de Phoenix et sur plus de 40 km. Ces deux parcours, ainsi que le cours Wa-Kee-Pa à 10 minutes, ont été classés à plusieurs reprises parmi les 10 meilleurs parcours de Scottsdale.

Fabulous spacious dog friendly condo.

We enjoyed our stay in the Fountain Hills area. The location of the condo was perfect for playing tennis, golfing and hiking in the nearby mountains. We enjoyed watching the sun setting over the mountains from our deck. It was very spacious and dog friendly. We look forward to returning next year!

Prime Copperwynd condo

Spacious 3 bedroom condo (plus den with pullout couch) on second level overlooking fabulous Copperwynd tennis facility. Has everything you need for your stay including garage parking. Large patio with plenty of seating and great view of courts and McDowell mountains. Very comfortable furnishings throughout. Adjacent swimming and exercise facility is separate charge per day or week but the pools are heated perfectly in cool weather and great for lap swimming.

Beautiful unit!

This unit is beautiful! The unit is very large and well equipped. The Copperwynd community is also beautiful. The clubhouse,restaurant,pool,and workout facilities are top notch. It is a smaller resort which we especially appreciated because we are not fans of crowds. We will absolutely stay here again if we have the opportunity. Cari-Lee is fabulous to work with. She really cares about her guests and wants them to enjoy their visit. She is super friendly,responsive,and great with suggestions about the area.

Wonderful time in Fountain Hills!

My husband and our two Yorkies had a wonderful time at Cari-Lee's beautiful townhome! We have rented many VRBO homes and this exceeded all our expectations and then some. The property was super clean and furnished beautifully - the kitchen had everything you could need, beds were comfortable, outdoor living area/patio with high end patio furniture, etc.. From the time I sent a rental inquiry until we left the home yesterday, Cari-Lee was so responsive and nice in making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions we had. She truly cares and takes pride in providing a beautiful home and experience for her guests. Thank you Cari-Lee for sharing your home and all your recommendations for dining and shopping!

Perfect Location : In the hills, close to the city

Gorgeous villa in a perfect location for quiet relaxation. Hiking is right outside the door and the weather was perfect. We went to a great Italian restaurant in town called Sappori di Italia for dinner and had the most delicious handmade pizza and chocolate cake. Scottsdale was a quick drive away where we did some shopping and had a great lunch at Postino in Kierland Commons. I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the patio while catching up on some quiet time with a crossword puzzle. I recommend this location for couples or families. We were just a couple but it would be a great place to spend some of the winter months and have friends fly down who want to get out of the winter cold, there is plenty of space for everyone. Additionally, one night we went to a wine tasting dinner in Phoenix at a fab restaurant called Tarbell's which I highly recommend and we didn't want to drive back, so we booked one of Ciel's smaller units in downtown Phoenix in the Roosevelt neighborhood for the weekend and used that as a jumping off point to explore that area of the valley. So much to do in this place, it was great!

Excellent family stay in Fountain Hills - Very nice villa

Our family of 5 stayed at the villa for a family vacation. We are from NYC and were visiting our family in Fountain Hills and in the surrounding areas. The condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It is nicely decorated and the Copperwynd club access is ideal for an active family. We took full advantage of the fitness center, tennis and pool. It was nice to be in a gated community. Ciel was wonderful to deal with and everything was very easy and turnkey. We were all very comfortable.

A great home base

My wife and I have visited the Scottsdale area for the last 7 or 8 years. This year our stay was made very enjoyable by having such a comfortable place to call "home". This upstairs Condo is spacious, well equipped and has an interesting layout with a very nice sunny back deck. The neighborhood is quiet, and yet close to all the basics. The owners were readily available by phone or email and very helpful with recommendations or answers to any questions. One of our sons visited and we made use of the golf courses nearby as well as the many activities in nearby Scottsdale. I certainly would return and we recommend this rental for anyone who wants a quiet neighborhood feel after a day of excitement or relaxation.

A beautiful place to call HOME

This villa was a beautiful place to call home for six weeks. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The unit is very comfortable, and the walk to the pool and clubhouse is a very short one. Although you do have to pay to use the facilities at the clubhouse, it is worth it! Also Alchemy Restaurant is a wonderful restaurant in the clubhouse. We loved the size of Copperwynd and felt very much at home there. We would definitely rent this villa again if it was available.

We are a family of 5, 3 boys (16,14 & 10). We stayed here over Easter week 2014 and really had a wonderful experience. This is a beutiful 3 bedroom 3 bath condo with all the amenities. Plenty of places to eat and explore in just a short drive away or stay at the club or order in. We tried all options while visiting. The Club access does cost extra but the pools and spay are beutiful with the mountains in the background. We have traveled to the area before because the weather is always perfect in the valley. We will definately return if our travels bring us back to the area!

Loved my stay here!

I loved this property. I stayed here for a work conference that I had in town, so it was a very rushed trip, but I would love to go back with my family, including my young kids. There was so much to do here - outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis court, restaurant, etc. The property was fantastic all around - very luxurious and relaxing. Highly recommend this for a family, anyone on a business trip, girls' time away, etc. The owners take very good care of this home and it shows.

Nice large condo, but some issues

We use VRBO regularly. This is our 1st negative experience. Not all bad, so I am going to try to be completely fair rating the overall experience. We had three couples stay at the condo. It's spacious and comfortable. Overall nice furnishings, large master w/ great master tub. Very happy they allow pets- we have 2 pugs. Of note: there is a long staircase inside the entrance- a little daunting for our older pug, so we carried her up and down. But overall the space was great. It truly felt like a nice upscale condo in Fountain Hills. However, there are some upkeep issues usual of vacation homes: the appliances are older, the sliding screen doors are difficult to open, etc. The owner emailed us a couple hours before check in stating the washing machine was not working, and she was out of the country w/ limited access to internet and email. This was a big problem as some in our group were coming from other travels and planned to do laundry upon arrival and before departing. After numerous emails and phone calls, a few days later the owner finally said her cleaning woman would do the laundry at her place and bring it back, once. (and let us know how out of scope this was for the cleaning woman). We still needed a working washing machine for laundry and clean towels before departure, and despite numerous emails and phone calls (and a request by the owner that someone in our party stay at home all day on Friday for a repairman) no one ever showed up, and the washing machine was never fixed during our week stay. In addition, we had trouble opening all the screen doors- one did come off the tracks during our stay, which admittedly did make the door worse. Not only did we get no offer of any refund for the broken washing machine, we were charged out of our deposit for a screen door repair/replacement. The owner required 45 days advance full payment and deposit, and they are out of the country, so we got charged foreign transaction fees on our credit card. To get our very reduced deposit back, I was required to "sign-up" w/ Chase Bank person to person payments w/ my bank account number. Not comfortable with that even through Chase, just wanted a credit to the credit card. They said they weren't "authorized" to do that. We are in process of disputing our full deposit amount with our credit card company. Hopefully it will all work out ok. Wish I could give a 5 star rating, the condo is nice, but too many issues to ignore and were ignored.

It is important that my guests have a good experience and that whatever my circumstances are, I do my best to ensure everyone is well cared for. It was unfortunate that the washer was not working when you arrived. I was informed about it as the cleaning lady was preparing the home on the day of your arrival, and I was glad that I was able to let you know about this before you arrived. Knowing that you were local to town, I thought a heads up to you, might help you to prepare should you need extra clothes. Despite the challenge of being on holidays in a Central American country, without easy access to internet (the home I rented did not have the promised internet or phone), 30 minutes from town, dealing with a different language and time zone, I made every effort to respond within hours to your calls and emails and make alternate arrangements for you. I was happy that I was able to arrange laundry service with my cleaner on such short notice and have her pick up, fold and deliver 5 loads of laundry the very next day at my expense. We were both surprised that what you said was so urgently in need of laundering (clothes for your friends’ holiday) turned out to be loads of bedding for your home, not ours. Your husband told me that he would be at the house all day Friday working so if someone was able to come, he would be there. Unfortunately, the appliance repair people were all booked several days in advance, but I kept trying and told you that I would let you know as soon as I knew if anyone could come in before your departure. As for the lack of towels ...we have over 20 bath towels and the same amount of hand towels and face cloths and these are only used at the house, as the resort has beach towels for your use. In the past this has been more than enough for 6 people staying 7 nights. As for the refund, after you refused the email transfer (Paypal not giving us the option to issue a credit to your card), we offered to send you a check, but you refused that as well. We take damage deposits because damage does happen occasionally, and someone in your group put a big bend in the screen door frame (I have photos), so I now need to replace it. It is disappointing that you do not feel at all responsible and that you feel inconvenienced, but I did my best, as I always do for my guests, who have always been very satisfied.

Mid-west gathering

Our group gathered to celebrate birthdays and to just get away from cold, dreary midwest. Well, we found warmth and sunny days in Fountain Hills. Loved our accommodations at the condo - so convenient to the Copperwynd Resort. The condo was very comfortable with three large bedrooms plus an office area that could be used as a bedroom. The openness of the living area with the kitchen, dining area and living room was a plus; also, we spent many mornings and evenings on the smaller deck off the living room. So inviting and what fabulous views! We couldn't have been happier with our choice. And, thank you, Cari-Lee, for all your helpful suggestions, your so very complete "welcome packet", and your attention to details that guests really appreciate.

Great townhome in a superb location. Just steps to all that the resort has to offer. Great landscaping, pools and tennis were really above our expectation. The staff was very friendly and our 4 kids had a great time on the courts. We had no real intention of playing much tennis and wound up playing everyday! Condo was well equipped and comfortable. We previously lived in Fountain Hills and visit annually, Copperwynd is a true gem and we will be back!

Lovely..

This property was much larger and much more beautiful than we could tell from the pictures. So beautifully decorated and perfectly clean as well. Large walk-in closet and double sinks in the master, flat screen TVs.. The views of Scottsdale city lights at night and the mountains all around during the day were awesome, which can be seen from a couple of large balconies, with lovely furniture and a BBQ! It was a bonus to be able to play unlimited tennis, swim in the terrific pools and have access to fitness classes all just steps away from our front door. It was nice to have a washer and dryer and a well-equipped kitchen too. The owners made themselves easily available for any question that we had about the property or surrounding area. What a nice touch that a gift basket awaited us upon our arrival and even included fun snacks and drinks to make our teen boys feel at home. We stayed super busy too playing golf at Eagle Mountain nearby, and hiked Camelback mountain twice. We enjoyed taking a short drive to Scottsdale to visit the Green House restaurant and toured old Scottsdale's shops. We also took a day trip to the Grand Canyon and stopped in Sedona for dinner on the way back. There is SO much to do in Arizona! We often rent from VRBO in other cities when we travel and we have never been so pleasantly surprised. It made for our favorite spring break yet! Go for it, Fountain Hills (we visited the fountain too) is the best! Oh and the breakfast place the owner recommends in her binder was really good too!

Brief Spring Break

My wife and our three sons stayed there, 3/23-3/26. We were all floored by how beautiful the condo was. Clearly it was above our expectations. I loved getting up before anyone else and sitting on the balcony drinking coffee. We played a lot of tennis, went hiking, swimming, spinning, we even did Zumba. It was the perfect vacation retreat to reconnect with our family.

Great VRBO!

We had a wonderful spring break vacation with our two teenage children at this vacation villa. The accommodations were very nice with more room than we needed! The villa was beautifully furnished and was well maintained. It also had nice outdoor patio areas . Having the resort amenities available made the trip especially nice. We used the fitness center, tennis courts & pool every day. We were also happy with the proximity to golf courses. The owner was great to work with, we would definitely stay here again!

Family Get-together

really enjoyed our time there. Our grand-daughters (5 and 6) joined us for the weekend and loved the light show form the crystals in the bedroom every morning. Breakfasts and watching the sunsets on the balcony were a treat.

Golfers/tennis players - an excellent villa at Copperwynd Resort

We recently had the pleasure of spending a week at this luxurious villa. This is a wonderful location for golfing families/couples, as there are many golf courses within easy driving distance. If you are still not too tired at the end of the day, you can play a game of tennis while your family/friends 'sip' and watch the game from the wrap-around balcony. The volley sounds of the tennis courts, particularly in the early morning and later in the evening, afforded us the 'smacks' of perpetual summer. We so enjoyed the outdoor living space of this lovely spacious villa. The resort activities are at your finger tips. Following a well-maintained cacti-flowered path, the pools are a short walking distance from the villa. I was sure that if I stayed longer, I would become a better swimmer, as the lap pool, in particular beckoned me. This is a very well equipped villa suitable for up to 8 people and we recommend this accommodation. There is lots to do. The music/DVD library was a plus.

You can relax and get away from it all or you can combine work with pleasure if you need to. In my opinion, it's the best of both worlds.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

When I was looking for vacation property in winter of 2009, I drove around the Phoenix area and came upon the Copperwynd resort. It looked so beautiful sitting high up on the ridge. I took a photo of it and didn't think much about it after I got back home. A few months went by and I got a random email from a realtor I had met who told me that there was something available at a place called Copperwynd. I felt it was meant to be and a month later, I was the owner of a place there.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

It is wonderful to get away from the cold, or the hustle and bustle of the big city, and to chill out and relax in a tranquil environment that has everything you could want. Scottsdale is just a few minutes away and Phoenix is just a bit further, so you can watch a professional sporting event or concert on short notice.
