Fully equipped modern kitchen with gorgeous countertops and full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances perfect for making breakfast, lunch or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you! There is a lovely dining room located right off the kitchen, surrounded by windows to take in the mountain ambiance and views. There is also additional seating at the outdoor dining table if you want to dine outside and take in the beauty of the Smokies!

Hillside Haven is the perfect place to both relax and play! Enjoy family movie night (or the big game) in the living room while the fireplace roars in the distance. Step downstairs to the game room and enjoy some friendly competition with a couple rounds of pool or while navigating games on the multi-arcade. Step out onto one of the several covered decks, kick back in a rocking chair or porch swing and take in the gorgeous views while you sip your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. And you and the kiddos (and adults alike) will love relaxing in the bubbling hot tub while taking in that fresh Smoky Mountain air! As a guest of Hillside Haven, you will also have access to the seasonal community pool and basketball hoop too!

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

Free parking for up to 3 vehicles. No boat or RV parking is allowed in the community.
