There are two Ring devices outside. One is located in the front entrance and the other is to the main door.

- This is NOT a secluded cabin; this cabin is in a cabin resort

⚠️ DRIVING / WINTER WEATHER
These are city roads, so we cannot guarantee any road surface condition. No changes or refunds are given due to fear of heights or roads.
▻ Snow tire chains and/or 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly encouraged during winter months in the event of inclement weather.
▻ We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD and/or chains.
▻ The driveway leading to the cabin is short and curvy within the resort community. If there is winter weather some of these roads may be impassable. Power outages are also very common when there is winter weather, and power outages can last for days. There is NOT a wood-burning fireplace in the cabin. Trip insurance is STRONGLY recommended as we will not give any refunds due to winter weather.

Check-In: No sooner than 4 PM EST

Check Out: No later than 10 AM EST

*NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval in writing. Guests who 1) check-in early OR check-out after 10 AM will be charged a $75 every 30 minutes past check out time. If check-out is past 1 PM, an additional night will be charged. This allows our cleaning team to prepare for the next guest!
