Nice property with a great location walking distance to main Street, restaurants, and shops. Nice walking trail and pool facility. Condo is a little dated but overall a great place to stay.
Upon arrival we learned the resorts closed for coronavirus, so we spent much more time in the condo then we ever would have. First a well-deserved recognition to the resort for voluntarily refunding us for nights we did not use since we left early - they did the right thing and I will go out of my way to return this resort next year and hope you will as well. The condo was just as described with plenty of room for 4 people. Kitchen was well equipped, there were plenty of logs for fire, and it had all items we needed. Some amenities were understandably unavailable due to virus so can't comment on those. Location is awesome both for ski and apres ski activities.
Perfect location as vey close to Main Street and ski lifts and public transportation. Recommend reminding cleaning service to clean out coffee filter area as ours was moldy when making coffee for th first time. I would stay here again for sure.
Very nice condo right by old town PC. Good building and well maintained for the most part. Nice beds, well-equipped kitchen lovely patio view. Would suggest a bit of update on bathrooms â paint and new faucets. Clean carpet a bit more. Get a bit more lights and tighten up electrical faucets. However, even with that said it is a great place. Nice pool and jacuzzi. I would stay here again.
-location was great. It is literally across the street from all of Park City town city has to offer.
-easy check in and communication
-the pics make it look nicer/cleaner/newer than it is
-probably perfect if you are not really going to be inside the accommodation, but if you are planning on spending any time at all inside, consider others at the same price point.
-lots of stains on the carpet, paint peeling in the bathroom, decor/space looks uninviting/outdated.
-the kitchen is well-stocked with cooking supplies (tons of utensils, knives, crock pot, etc.)
-one bathroom sink did not drain
-one shower head worked improperly
-the air conditioner ran all the time and was so loud we could hardly hear each other talking.
-one towel rack was coming off the wall
-Park Station as a development was very nice
-pool was great
We had a great stay at this condo. It is a short, easy walk to the Town Lift. The check-in and check-out process was really easy and we were lucky enough to check in early. The condo was clean and plenty big enough for the 3 of us.
Wonderful location, brick walls help sound proof neighbors. Great view of the mountain. Had such a great experience I'm tempted to write a poor review so no one competes with us for the unit next year!
Had a problem with the door lock battery when we arrived and Park City Lodging was on it! Resolved in minutes.
Kitchen is bigger than many rentals, really handy. Fireplace was great, well stocked with matches wood and kindling.
We typically walk to a shop near the lift and store our shoes there while putting on ski boots.as close to a lift as possible, by the third day we'd skipped this step bc this unit is so close to the town lift (which is slow). Literally we paid twice as much at Breckenridge earlier this year for a ski-in-ski-out that required a longer walk to the unit than here.
Worst thing I can say about the unit is that due to its age it doesn't have enough electrical outlets for all the iphones, boot warmers, ipads etc al. that a typical family travels with in 2019. Unit has a power strip but it wouldn't hurt to bring your own.
