I loved this place as a long-term rental. It’s walking distance to the Pompano pickleball and basketball courts, as well as Shamrock Pub. The property itself was very relaxing.

This place was absolutely fantastic. Host was super responsive and always available. Home was close to almost anywhere you wanted to go and grocery stores, shopping and restaurants near by. Attn to details in the home was great Fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again

Golf/beach vacation

4 golfing buddies stayed here. the house was very clean and readily accessible from golfing, restaurants and the beach. No complaints at all from our group.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 weeks at wind chimes by the Beach.

We are very happy and satisfied with our stay at the house. Location is perfect to all. We had the pleasure to relax completely unlike a hotel. The house was bright sunny and clean. I’m sure if we travel back to Sarasota we would love to rent again.

Business in Sarasota

We were there to do a "well-check" on family member. This meant having easy access to Sarasota Memorial and other medical facilities. The location was perfect for getting business done in Sarasota and the house was a quiet clean haven to return to each night.

Perfect House

House is great! Inside appears to be newly remodeled. We were the 1st guest to stay I think. Is in perfect driving distance to my job and also close enough to enjoy downtown Sarasota. Karie the owner had everything we needed from when we arrived to the checkout process. Always available if we needed anything! We come here frequently for work and plan on using this property again.

Centrally located

The house has been beautifully remodeled and has everything you would need aside from a TV in the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom is quite large with a comfortable King size bed. The only negative would be the musty smell, but we got used to it after a few minutes every time we entered the home. AC/heat work well.

Annual sissy trip

Our house was perfect for us. We each had our own bedroom and there were 2 bathrooms. We enjoyed the neighborhood that was about a mile from the Legacy trail. Rented e-bikes one day and rode to Venice and back. Went to Lido Beach and Sista Key beach. Both are beautiful! Couldn’t use the small bathroom shower as it was old and wouldn’t turn on, but other than that we loved it!

Thank you for staying at our cute little house! I love that you rented the E bikes and experienced our wonderful Legacy Trail! The house is in such a prime spot! We would have been happy to come over and adjust the shower for you. It actually only needed a little bit of WD-40 and now it is good to go, in a matter of moments💙… come back and visit!

Short stay, great location

My husband, our 10 year old son, and myself came in for the holidays. The location was close to all of our relatives. The house was nice. There was an issue with the front door when we got there. I contacted the host, and a locksmith came out directly to correct. There wasn’t any Toilet paper, so the host got some delivered. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The master bedroom is large. I wish there had been some blackout curtains, because the windows in the room lit up the space. On the listing it says there is a hot tub, that was not the case. But that’s ok, because we were so busy, we wouldn’t have had the time. There also isn’t a light in one of the rooms, just a ceiling fan, which makes it a little hard to maneuver around the space. A small lamp will do fine. Lastly, I would recommend a few more wash rags. There were 3 total for a house meant for 6. Luckily there were laundry machines and dryers that allowed us to wash and reuse. Overall, I give a 4 out of 5. The host did great answering all my concerns, the space was clean and homey. I would stay here again.

Each room is intended to have a lamp... after your stay, we learned that the previous guests had moved that bedroom lamp to the main living area. All bedrooms have lamps again. I am very excited about being a VRBO host... I believe that life is about experiences and adventures and being a host for this home away from home is a great way for me to help people experience and adventure in the Sarasota lifestyle!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is conveniently located close to the fun shops and delicious restaurants downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Circle and the Legacy Trail which is a paved recreational trail, 18.5 miles long that runs from downtown Sarasota to Venice... this is a trail that you can run, walk, ride, roller blade... whatever adventure you want to take that particular day. The house is only 5.7 miles to Lido beach which takes about 15 minutes and 7.9 miles to Siesta Key Beach which takes about 16 minutes, depending on traffic of course. I fell in love with the natural light that pours into this house. The interior has been remodeled and is a cozy space that welcomes you. The back yard is fenced, shaded and has a peaceful sitting space for you to relax. You will also enjoy the gas grill where you can create a delicious dinner at home.
