Pros: Location and neighborhood was great. Host was responsive. Garage parking was nice. Cons: Dirty carpets, not enough basic necessities, weedy and unkept yard, uncomfortable furniture. Only one TV. No hand railing on the front steps. Shower floor was slick with no grab bars in the shower. No wash cloths,only 3 toilet papers and 2 paper towels for a 12 day stay. Host was contacted about not having basic necessities and responded by and Amazon delivery of the basics the next day.

Excellent place to stay

The property was fantastic. Clean, spacious and perfect for our trip. The dogs thoroughly enjoyed the fenced in backyard. I dont think they ever felt real grass before! Lots of convenient places to get whatever is needed and downtown is only 10 min away. Perfect place to stay .

Baseball Getaway

Stayed here for a baseball tournament/College Baseball World Series. Great location and perfect place to relax after hot days on the ballfield. Host was quick to respond to questions.

Cute House- nice layout

The house it's self was very nice and well organized. It was clean. However when we arrived at 3:15 the cleaning person was still on-site working and we had to wait about 20 mins to be able to go inside, check in stated 3pm. Also the yard was not mowed and over grown. Had i had a pet or small children this would of been really disappointing as we would not of been able to spend time in the back yard. Also if you want to cook breakfast or anything with a skillet the pan selection is not user friendly. Overall it was a very nice house and worked very well for us. It is in a great location, close to Wal-Mart and other stores. We enjoyed our stay and had no major issues.

Very Clean but lacking in comforts

Very Clean home and spacious kitchen area. However, we were disappointed in a few things. The 3 beds were very "soft" and little support. NO BEDROOM DRESSERS at all. We had nowhere to put our clothes or unpack. Most people like to unpack if they are staying more than one night. We were in town for a formal wedding. There were 15 hangers for shirts but for a group of 6 adults that does not work. The two couches were really futons that were very uncomfortable to sit on. the large kitchen table was great for a crowd but terribly hard and uncomfortable to sit. NO wash clothes to shower or wash with. Only 9x 13 hand towels. The batteries for the remote to the TV were dead so no TV. Batteries were supposed to be delivered but never were. 3 days with no TV and furniture you could not stand to sit on for longer then 10 mins. It was a nice neighborhood and lots of shopping and eating options close by.

Comforts of Home!

This place was everything we needed for being in town for a family wedding! Close to stores. The home itself was great! We were so happy to see the owner supplied coffee, creamer, laundry detergent and fabric softener. Not to mention Kleenex boxes fore every bathroom! Would stay here again!

Great place for the Omaha zoo.

My family and I stayed here for three nights. The house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Short drive to the zoo. We had quick responses from the host. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

Clean, convenient, overall comfortable

We enjoyed our family stay at this house very much. The location was good, very nice kitchen, and comfortable beds. Much better than a hotel! My only complaints: The kitchen furniture and family room furniture were a bit uncomfortable. The AC was kind of hard to control. It worked but you had to “set it” a few hours ahead of time to cool the house down. And the grass in the yard was really, really long. It had not been mowed in a while. It was actually hard to get in and out of our cars in the driveway. But having said all of that, overall we really had a very good stay and would return again.

Great home and location

We stayed at this property with 4 adults and 4 kids. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood and is near to lots of store, restaurants, etc. The owners were very responsive to questions and needs. Even though we had a large party, this house had plenty of space for us all. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in town.

Good place to stay but warm

Pictures and description accurate. Clean and nice. Host was great in responding and very friendly. We had trouble with air conditioning and she sent someone out to fix the next day. If you like it to be rather cool temp in house on hot days/nights-This is not the one for you. The thermostat kept going up to 76 and was 78 when we arrived. Great neighborhood. Conveniently close to Walmart if you need paper towels, plates, drinking glasses, etc.
