We have been staying at Pointe West for the last 7 years. This is the best condo we have stayed in over the years. It was well stocked for cooking, very clean, and comfortable. The mattresses are comfortable. The view is great. If it is available on our dates we would definitely stay book again!!

Impromptu spring break trip

This was a last minute trip and All ran smoothly and it was a beautiful place. Would recommend !!

Great!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and well stocked. The location was great with easy access to the beach and close to the beach club. We enjoyed all the amenities. I definitely recommend!

Lovely condo

We enjoyed our visit in your lovely condo; very well equipped. The walk to beach was a challenge for folks in their 80’s - still a wonderful time.

Blended family get away

Layout was perfect for us. Location was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and lazy River so much. Family dinner and game time, crab hunting and a good nights sleep. Recommend this highly.

Mother and daughter getaway

I took my three adult daughters for a nice four day getaway in Galveston. This condo exceeded our expectations and was better than the pictures. Linens were clean. Beds were comfortable. The place was immaculately clean. Excellent views of both the bay and the beach. And we all felt safe in the area and in our condo! Pretty sure we will be back again - and we would choose the same place all over again!

Tropical storm Alberto

Overall our stay was memorable. The condo was in great condition and we were able to enjoy our week in Galveston. The condo was close to the beach and provided a fun time away from the crowds of Galveston. The couple of negatives were out of the control of anyone since we were there during tropical storm Alberto. Lots of rain and high winds but we made the best of it. If you want privacy that’s not too far from Galveston I recommend booking this place for all ages in your group.

Thanksgiving 2024

This property was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of room, outstanding views and a great location. It’s about 25 minutes from Galveston and a little further to lake Jackson. We were looking for a beach front property with some privacy and we found it. Property was as described. The garbage disposal would not run, but it was repaired within a couple hours. The host was very responsive to my questions before the stay. We will definitely return.

FANTASTIC Customer Service!

The property manager/ owners were very responsive to a few minor issues we had and one major issue, that was beyond their control- the water heater went out the day we arrived. It was fixed within 1 hour the next day and they compensated us for our inconvenience with an additional day free of charge. The property was lovely, the wait staff at the pool were really great and it was an overall good experience!

Very nicely done, loved the decor. Love the location the views are fantastic.Had a little glitch with getting beach club bracelets thought it was from the Pointe West people and its from the Pointe west management people but able to work it out.Had trouble with garbage disposal and shower in the 3rd bathroom, called management and they were right out to fix it.It would have been nice to have a few more bath towels. There were only 3 in each of 3 bathrooms for 5 girls, we ended up laundering some to have enough. (Girls need one for hair and one for body each).Overall we loved the unit and management was very responsive.
