However, I would like to address some of the concerns you raised: Extra Fees and Policies: As with many vacation rentals, fees for alterations such as early check-in, late check-out, or exceeding the standard guest capacity are standard practices in the industry. These policies are clearly stated before booking and are in place to ensure fairness for all guests, as well as to cover the additional time and costs incurred by our cleaning and maintenance teams. We understand that every guest has unique needs, but any changes to the agreed-upon booking terms have logistical and financial impacts, and the minimal fees charged for time alterations reflect that. Household Essentials: Our team ensures that each bathroom is stocked with multiple rolls of toilet paper, and additional trash bags are provided under the kitchen sink. We apologize if this was not apparent during your stay. Additionally, while salt and pepper were found in the kitchen cabinets upon your departure, the actual shakers seemed to have gone missing and were since replaced. Cleanliness and Temperature: The property is thoroughly cleaned before each guest’s arrival, but we’re sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations. If the temperature was an issue, we encourage guests to notify us immediately so we can address it. Feedback like this helps us refine our processes and maintain the high standards we aim to deliver. This review was the first we had heard of a temperature issue from you. We can't address what we don't know about.
