We welcome your furry friends! There is a charge for $200/stay for a maximum of 2 dogs per unit, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Please note the following pet policies:

- Pets are not allowed in the pool, on the pool deck, or in the courtyard area (any area behind the townhomes).

- There is a designated grass pet exercise area on the north side of the units, marked by a sign. Owners must clean up after their pets.

- Animals cannot be left unattended on balconies, porches, or outside alone.

- No feeding or water containers will be permitted outside of units.

Please notify us in advance if you're bringing pets. Failure to do so will result in charges taken out of your security deposit.

NOTE: This fee is subject to taxes and platform fees.

Our stay was nice. Close walk to the beach, it was nice having a beach wagon to take to the beach with chairs and umbrella. We loved the pool being right outside our patio. And it was beautiful, clean and convenient. The house was cute and worked for our adult family of 4. Perfect size for our week long vacation. If I could comment on anything, I would say more bath towels and wash cloths per bathroom so we didn’t have to do as much laundry for an 8 day stay. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and location to the beach and quick drive into Destin. The community was nice and the locals were so kind as well. Definitely a nice place and would recommend to others.

Found Our New Beach Vacation Place

We had a blast! The property is everything we want and need for our vacation. It is close to everything - pool, beach, and restaurants. It is super clean and furnished nicely. Check-in and check-out processes were easy. And the owner was prompt and friendly in their communication.

Excellent Accomodations

Latitude Adjustment was a great place to stay. It was very, very clean and kitchen well stocked with everything needed. It's nice that it's close enough to the beach to walk or enjoy the pool right outside your door. The hosts, Nicole and Wilson were amazing. We felt right at home from the first day. We are definitely returning.

The host was extremely polite very very communicative immediately when I would message. The sliding door would not lock at all our first night and she had someone there when I sent her the message the following day she had someone there within two hours. We also got locked out lol she was really good with the instructions overall it was just a fantastic experience very convenient location. It was a beautiful view to see the pool directly from the living room. It was very cozy. I loved how the layout was it was big downstairs. I think this is the first kitchen in the past nine years. We’ve been coming to Destin for our family trip that it literally had every single thing you could think of. One thing I was really impressed with was the two assigned parking spots which I absolutely loved because we ended up renting a golf cart for our stay which was really convenient and we didn’t have to move our vehicle. I would recommend staying here with your family. It has everything you’d ever need. You have your privacy of stairs. You have your views upstairs as well the beautiful balcony facing the pool. I give it a 12 out of a 10.:)

Loved this place! I'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Miramar Beach.First of all, the host was amazing. Nicole was a wonderful host! She was easy to reach before our trip, on check-in day, and throughout our stay. Anytime we had a question, she responded quickly and was always happy to help.The house was clean, just like the photos, and the beds were comfortable. The beach was close enough that we walked there every day even with our 3-year-old.Our goal was simply to relax and enjoy Miramar Beach, and we didn't want to spend a lot of time driving around. This place was perfect for that. Everything we needed was close by—the beach, a large grocery store just 8 minutes away, and even a great seafood market about 15 minutes away. It made our beach vacation so easy and relaxing.The outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. Having the outdoor shower was really convenient after the beach. The kids could rinse off, relax at the house for a bit, then head back out to swim again.We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.
