As a travel nurse, finding a place with all the amenities I needed was a huge bonus. This cute little home had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with easy freeway access, making it convenient to get anywhere quickly. Although it’s close to the freeway, the traffic noise didn’t bother me since I’m used to city living. Overall, it was a comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped place to stay, and I would happily recommend it to other travel nurses.

This was a nice stay. It was a little noisy so close to the highway but that’s ok, and the little fenced in yard was perfect for my pup.

This house is so cute. The appliances are nice, incmuding the washer and dryer. In addition, the owner is really great. They answered any communication I sent very quickly. I also needed to extend my stay and they were very flexible to help me. I highly recommend this little house.

Convenient Location.

Wonderful little place to hang for hat. It was perfect for the couple weeks we needed it while visiting family. Road noise at night was a little loud if your not used to city/ freeway noises. Overall visit was comfortable. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

This was perfect for my daughter and I. Cute little 2 bedroom house. We went to visit my other daughter and it was nice to have a place to stay and be able to visit. It’s on a dead end so not too many neighbors. As they do mention it is noisy outside due to being right next to the highway.

Nice alternative to a motel

It’s so much nicer to stay in a house, especially when traveling with dogs. This little house fit the bill for a brief stay available on short notice. The location made for easy access around Wichita. Only downside is the noise from the highway nearby which we were aware of before renting. Once inside the noise isn’t that noticeable, especially at night when traffic dies down. The rental process was easy & communication great.

We were here for a dog event. House was perfect for us. Fenced yard. The grass was a little rough. It is next to the highway so it is loud, Not bad inside. I feel the house had everything that was needed for us. My dogs loved it. but not insidethe house.

This home was super clean and had pretty much everything we needed. We were in town for a youth tournament and chose this over a hotel so we could bring our dog. The fenced in backyard was a huge plus! We loved the Keurig and provided K cups. It was the perfect size for two adults, one teen, and our dog. The host was pretty honest about the highway noise in the listing. I just want to reiterate that though and highlight that it's pretty loud. It didn't seem too noticable when the TV was on, but it was definitely noticeable in the middle of the night, especially semis. I would highly suggest bringing a fan or some other kind of white noise. And know that you can't utilize outside space without pretty significant noise. You are quite literally on the side of the highway.

This house is hideous. It’s literally 30 feet from a 6 lane highway with semis and emergency vehicles going by incessantly. It is poorly maintained; the front door lock, bedroom ceiling fans and toilet were broken for starters. There was no garage door opener so no garage parking. They have motion sensor security lights everywhere that go off at the least provocation (opossum in the street was one) & light up the interior of the house, including the bedrooms, off & on all night. The dishes & microwave were dirty as well. Both people I had contact info for were barely responsive and offered no recourse or remedy. I ended up cutting my visit shortfue to lack of sleep. I took a video of the freeway from the kitchen window and a recording of the noise at 1AM but cannot load them here.

Some BAD and some good

We booked this stay for one primary reason. It "had" a fenced yard that we prefer for our dog. When we arrived, we found that the fence had been crushed and bent down apparently by a tree fell during a storm. We also noted that the back yard itself was in very poor condition with animal holes, weeds and heavy insect presence - the back yard was essentially not usable. We also found that the pet throw on the couch was matted with hair, dog or whatever, and food crumbs - it was disgusting. We had to wash the two pet throws for them to be usable. I understand that storm damage is unavoidable and it takes time to repair. We feel that we should have been notified of the fence that was our primary reason for staying at the property. We contacted the management company and they were very apologetic and agreed that we should have been notified so we could make an informed choice about staying there. They are issuing a partial refund The rest of the house was recently remodeled and functional. It was clean and we had no real complaints. Note that the house is adjacent to an interstate highway and is quite noisy which is disclosed in the writeup. It is better late at night but still quite there.

The house itself was perfect for my husband and daughter and I for the week. It was clean and stocked. It was easy access to the interstate and to local attractions. The house is very close to the interstate so traffic was loud all night and having only blinds and no curtains you could see airplanes flying over at night from in the bed. My biggest complaint is with the leasing company itself. The day of my arrival they messaged me about having a different internet company come install equipment during our second day being there. I didn’t come to babysit a contractor. Again they called me during my stay while I was away at the zoo with my family and pushed me to allow an appraiser and their maintenance man come into the home while we were away so they could take photos of the house to get it appraised. Considering I paid to rent the house for my use during that week it was very unprofessional of them to insist on having people come in and take photographs with our personal belongings throughout the house. They easily could have arranged that when the house was vacant.
