This quaint brand-new home built in 2022 is in the heart of Bends Southern Crossing district. You can walk or bike almost everywhere! This home was designed by award-winning local architect Muddy River Designs, with fabulous furnishings and modern amenities. This spacious four-bedroom, 2.5-bath sleeps up to 8 guests. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances. There is a gas fireplace to cozy up to after a day of adventures. The outside space includes a saltwater 7-person hot tub and tables and chairs for socializing and dining.

A short stroll takes you to Old Mill shops, restaurants, an IMAX movie theater, and Hayden Amphitheater. With river trails and access points nearby, this location is perfect for an unforgettable Bend experience. Time to create some lasting memories!

Looking for some outdoor adventure? Mt Bachelor Ski Resort and the Cascade Lakes are just a short drive away and are perfect places to explore in any season. Biking trails in warmer seasons and skiing or snowboarding in the winter.

You will have full, private access to the entire home, deck, porch, and fenced-in yard.

Great stay in Bend

Easy 5-star rating. Was exactly as described, clean and spacious, and great comms with the owner. Our family goes to Bend every April, will definitely look to book this next year.

Beautiful house in a great location

This house worked perfectly for us when we stayed in Bend with out teenage daughters for a volleyball camp. Very much enjoyed our stay there.

This home is brand new! Completed at the end of 2021. I love the modern farmhouse - troubles melt away here quickly, the open space is inviting and friendly but spacious enough home for everyone to decompress and have their own space, crisp white sheets feel like a nice hotel with an attractive fireplace, foosball, separate tv/living rooms, large closets and bathrooms, and premium kitchen appliances. The house is in a great location, easy walking to walking trails, parks, shopping, restaurants, and movie theater, all within a 10-minute walk. Great places for biking, and you can rent them right at the Old Mill. Just a 30-minute drive to Mt. Bachelor and snowmobile trails! The house is fully equipped with everything you should need. The home has extra towels and bedding.
