At Island Treasure you will be able to catch the sunrise over the Atlantic from your balcony and the beach is just steps away from your private beach access! Relax in the living room while taking in the view from wall to wall windows of water views! Enjoy the spacious 3B/4B home that is decorated both beautifully and comfortably! Wonderful location close to restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and more! You'll have a great time and a relaxing vacation at Island Treasure!

The Space:
We also supply the following for each property:
A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay

Guest Access:
park in driveway for unit 1A
this is a duplex and is completely separate and private from the unit above it. This unit is the entire first floor and half the second. THere is an elevator.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is close to everything. Mix of vacationers and year round residents.

Getting Around:
- Free parking at condo

-Walk, bike, public parking at beaches and in town

-Bike and golf cart rentals are available on the island- let our Going Coastal team know if you need any recommendations.

-Uber cars and taxi's are also available

Other Things to Note:
There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.
