Casa Catalina # 667 est un chalet de plain-pied joliment meublé et décoré qui se trouve sur un terrain bien boisé à proximité des épiceries, des stations de ski et du centre-ville de Big Bear. Dotée d'un plan d'étage ouvert, la cuisine à la fois modeste et pratique comprend une batterie de cuisine de base et des ustensiles. Vous trouverez également un joli coin repas avec une table et un bar en rondins pour le petit-déjeuner avec des sièges supplémentaires pour les repas. La salle de séjour détendue et confortable a des canapés confortables, une cheminée à bois gaz et un lecteur TV / DVD pour votre plaisir. Casa Catalina est une cabine très relaxante, offrant l'essentiel et un endroit merveilleux pour votre prochaine escapade à la montagne Big Bear.

The beds suck did not sleep good at all for two nights!

Very nice property very clean and well kept everything you need is here but the beds are terrible and if you don’t get a good nights sleep it’s just not worth staying there that’s just my opinion will not stay at the same cabin again!

Cute property, but will only book through owners in future.

This was a very cute property, sadly though, owners should either run rental themselves or find another company to run it. In the past I have booked rentals for Big Bear on VBRO through owners of properties. We have always had a very pleasant experience and it has been super simple to check in and check out with the lockbox outside of property, let alone usually check in is at 2pm and out by 11am. Big Bear vacations was super inconvenient. Checking in at 4pm is already late, let alone having to go to their location to wait in line and check in, so we didn't get to property till about 5pm because you had to also wait in a line. Multiple people in front of me were complaining about dirty properties and their properties not being available till after 6pm. Thankfully our property was ready on time at 4pm, however when we got to property, it was super dirty. Bathroom toilet wasn't even clean. Toilet had pee on seat and feces still in toilet from whoever stayed there before, we ended up cleaning it ourselves. Bedding looked as though only sheets were clean and not quilts , shams or blankets. You could see old webs in house. Felt super yucky to stay there. Thankfully Big Bear Vacations refunded me partial payment for cleaning, however I really should have gotten full considering how tacky they left it. I will be sure to only book owner ran properties in future. Big Bear Vacations seems to be super unorganized and inconvenient.

Please note the following as it is explained very clearly the moment you book in the Contract that you Signed -- and is our process: On Page 1: Check-in is anytime AFTER 4 PM. Holiday check-in starts at 4 PM and Holiday Check-out is 10 AM. There is no After Hours Check-in ***Guests MUST Check-in during Office Hours.*** Check out is at 10 AM. To request a late check out you must call our office between 8 - 9 AM on departure date. Another Citing in the Contract in reference to Check in/out: CHECK IN POLICY Check in is normally any time after 4 PM. Check in time during major holiday periods is any time after 4 PM. LATE CHECK OUT POLICY Check out is normally 10:00 AM. Check out time during major holiday periods is 10 AM. Late check outs are not permitted unless previously authorized by Big Bear Vacations. In order to get approved for a late check out, you MUST call the office between 8:00 am and 9:00 am on the day of departure to verify the property will be available for a late check out. Prices for late check out are: 10:00am to 1:00pm = $25.00 +TAX 1:00pm to 3:00pm = $50.00 +TAX In closing: Of course at 4 p.m. there can be a line as many Guests are arriving at the time. Regarding the cleanliness concerns -- I am very happy you were refunded as that is very far from our standard. We hope you have many happy future adventures in Big Bear.

Beautiful and COZY Cabin - close to everything!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Casa Catalina. It is a beautiful and cozy cabin with central heat to keep every room warm and toasty! It has a very nice gas fireplace and is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. It's close to Magic Mountain and the Village shops (both of which were enjoyed by us!). My two boys, husband, and I all had a fun and relaxing experience! I highly recommend this property!

There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.

Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
