Our stay was great! Many amenities within walking distance including the beach! Pool was amazing to come back to after a an afternoon out. Very spacious with plenty of room for all our guests. Minor maintenance issues were handled in a very timely manner by property management. Would definitely recommend Attitude Adjustment and Beachball Properties!!

The house was nice but when we arrived whoever had cleaned the house was not clean. The bathrooms were messy. The sheets nor pillowcases had been clean. So much trash under the beds. Close to the beach and had an amazing pool.

Horrible communication and followup. There were some safety issues with bunk beds (No slats to support weight, there were some wires that were falling down and pool ladder missing a step (and screws were still present) also light bulb out leading to door to unlock with code we had to use flashlight on cell phone- these items were never addressed because management company refused to seen a maint person to access what needed to be done. Other than that place was nice and close to beach

The house was just how it looked in the pictures! Close to a lot of where all the action was but enough distance to still be relaxing and quiet! I would stay at this house again!

Gulf Shores

We stayed on a holiday weekend before spring break and summer rush. It was quiet, peaceful, not crowded, just perfect. Very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved this property! Our dishwasher wasn’t working, and they had someone come very shortly after I reported the incident! Couldn’t recommend more!

Every year I invite my friends and family to vacation with me in Gulf Shores for my birthday…This year was our 4th year in a row staying at Attitude Adjustment. The house is beautiful, cozy, and perfect for families and/or groups of friends. It really feels like my home away from home and I can't wait for next year!

Great location

This property is in walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and stores. It is nice to have a bathroom in every room. It is also convenient to have your own pool when you want to escape the crowds. Very nice but does need a few items repaired. Overall it was worth it. We had a great time!

Lovely home and nice swimming pool. Served our needs nicely.Concerns: Very corporate like. You need to be sure to bring absolutely everything you need, extra dishwasher detergent, TP, clothes soap, salt & pepper etc. you receive no extra perks of any kind. You can’t check in not one minute before your check in time even though the place had not been booked the night before. I understand that we booked the property at the end of the season but with what we paid I was disappointed to see that there was broken outdoor furniture on the property as well as old splintered corn hole game with not all of the bean bags usable. It’s the little things that count when you are staying at a home away from home! I contacted the property manager about a burnt out light at the top of the landing going into the home. It was so dark you couldn’t see where to put your combination into the key lock. It was unsafe feeling your way to the door. Definitely, a hazard risk. I sent a picture and everything and no one came out to fix the light fixture. We did contact the property manager about the bbq being out of propane and they brought us out a tank right away, so that was good. Guessing we won’t rent from Beach Ball Property our next visit.

Sunny, bright, great location

The house has decks on both side which we really enjoyed. You could sit in sun or shade at anytime of day. The pool was clean although it was too cold for us to use. Heater and air condition work quickly. the location is great because you are able to walk to so many things but the road itself was not busy and quiet. It was great for our dogs. If there was more green space around the pool for the dogs, we would rent again.

3 family getaway (5 adults - 7 kids)

House was great overall. Clean and close to beach and activities. Only complaint would be the concrete near the pool. There's a small step not well marked that several in our group got caught up on. Probably not a big deal for older individuals but our 4-6 year olds took some tumbles. Also, not a lot of seating in the living room for the amount of people the property could hosts. Would book again.

Let me start with everything that was not perfect. first, the code didn't work once we got in the house, had ants in the bathroom, and the kitchen. But - with one call, they had the maintenance guy there in a flash. That's what's important, they handle the situation quickly. The location was PERFECT..

The house is a wonderful place but the customers service started great but quickly turned bad after I sent a message and picture of what looked like a bed bug. We checked all bed to make sure there wasn't any. The gas grill outside looks like it hasn't been used for years. There was trash left under the stairs down stairs. There is nails hanging out all over the decking and stairs. The property is not very well maintained. There was dog poop left from someone else's dog. I would like to rent a house again in hopes that this is a one off issue. The pool really needs to be heated. I have a lot of pictures that I sent to you

Amazingly spacious home

First of all, I love the property and the location. It’s very beautiful and very spacious very accommodating for a large group. The only problem we had was the listing states that there is a grill to use to grill on and enjoy the back patio area. We could not get the grill on at all. We called the 24 hour line and was told that somebody from maintenance would get back with us the next day never heard from them at all. We had bought a lot of meat that we were unable to cook on the grill, so we were very disappointed in that also in the kitchen there’s plenty of ants that show up on the countertops. . Other than that everything else is great the pool area is beautiful I would recommend maybe some lights around the pool area as it is dark at night.

House is in a good location, a few things can be added a few more lounge chairs at the pool, hot pads and more dish towels for the kitchen. a notice listing when to take out the trash and check out instructions. No light at the top of the entry. We had a great time enjoyed that house but was lacking those few things. . We have rented a house for the last several years, so we are just comparing what we had in the past.
