Our family had a great stay. House was exactly as described. Very clean and kitchen was organized complete with labels for easy put-away after dishes were washed. I'm going to miss the beautiful mornings spent reading on the deck!

Beautiful home in a nice area within walking distance from the beach. Very spacious. We enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the game room. I recommend this, you will not be disappointed.

Reunion Stay

We were in town for a Coast Guard reunion. This property was perfect for our group. The house layout is so nice with plenty of space. The house was very clean and very well stocked. Close to everything. The only downside for us was that dogs are not allowed on any beaches there, but of course that has nothing to do with how wonderful the property is.

The place was perfect for a weekend getaway

It had everything that my family and I could hope for in a beach home getaway. Cleanliness was A-1 and guys left no stone unturned as far as accommodations. I will recommend to family and friends.

This was the perfect house for our family vacation

This was the perfect house for our family vacation. It was clean & spacious. The kitchen was well equipped for making a few family meals. We also made use of the baby pack and play and high chair. It was convenient to have Beach towels and use of beach items chairs and wagons to walk to the beach.

Family Fun

The house is beautiful. Plenty of room for our family of 8. My biggest complaint was the location. We were looking for a house directly on the lagoon. I even messaged the management company and specially asked if it was directly on the water and was told yes. It was an easy walk down to the pier & pool, but I enjoy sitting on the decks overlooking the water. It’s a stress relief for me so that was important. I will be renting in this cul-de-sac again. The neighborhood is off the main strip and quiet. We had the pier to ourselves the whole week and only a couple of people were at the pool.

House was perfect for our party of 10

House was perfect for our party of 10. We took teens 13-20 yrs of age for a last spring vacation before everyone is on to adult hood. The area upstairs was perfect for those young adults to have their space and is older adults had ours downstairs. Plenty of space with everything you need. We cooked meals 90% of the time. Boys loved the fishing and girls loved the beach, all a super easy walk. Host provided detailed instructions and was quick to respond. Would not hesitate to book here again. The youngest is ready to go back with just her 13 yr old friends....already begging for next vacation! Thank you for such a great place to stay and relax!

We absolutely loved our time at the Sandy Pelican! It was spacious for our crew 7. It was our first time getting a whole house instead of a condo for beach vacation so it was nice to feel like we could spread out and have plenty of bedrooms. It was quiet and close to the beach. Loved the access to pier and pool, which was a bonus! It was great knowing there was beach chairs, wagon and towels as it saved room in our car for the road trip down. the kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and beyond. the host provided easy and clear check in and out information so that made everything go super smooth. OUR CREW WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN 😀

I cannot rave ENOUGH about this place.

I cannot rave ENOUGH about this place. It was my family’s first time in Gulf Shores and our stay was absolutely perfect. This is the most ideal place for a family with kids - they had everything we needed from a hot water kettle to a high chair to pack & plays. We really felt at home. Kitchen was complete! Literally bought food and everything else was included. Everything in the kitchen was easy to find. Location was as described, easy 5 min walk to the beach. Great walking nature trail 2 mins from the house. All the beach equipment we needed was there. Traveling with 3 kids under 3 is not easy, but this house made it feel like home and was helpful in keeping our daily routine. We’ve been home for a few hours and our 2 year olds are still asking to ‘ride in the wagon’ and head to the beach. Thank you for helping our family make such meaningful memories. We can’t wait to come back and hope to stay here again!!!!!!

Home away from home

This was the perfect house for 2 couples to share and still feel like you had privacy. On the morning we were leaving, it felt like we were leaving home. Hosts always communicated promptly and we will definitely love to come back to our home away from home again!

Really nice beach house! This place had every thing and more that one would have in your own home. Very clean upon our arrival! Our family of 6 was very happy with all the space, comfort and fully stocked kitchen!!!!! Being within a few blocks of the gorgeous ocean was awesome!!!!

We felt at home.This house I recommend booking!

This house I recommend booking! during our stay, we felt at home and was able to use all that was provided for us from coffee to beach items. the location is a few minutes away from the beach with easy access and has a small dock where you can fish right beside! we loved it ans would book again!

Wonderful Stay

Nesting Vacations provided us with a wonderful stay in Gulf Port, AL at the Sandy Pelican. My only concern was having to provide a security deposit before our stay. The home was nicely updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our peaceful stay and being able to walk to the beach from the property!

In my spare time, I enjoy binge-watching shows like Reacher, watching figure skating, and baking! Hiking is a must-do for me and hopefully one day, I will be visiting all 63 National Parks in an RV.
