The condo is very comfortable. There is one bedroom and a loft with three beds (queen, full and twin), and two bathrooms- one on each floor. Take advantage of the opportunity to stay in a really nice condo, located minutes from many activities, at an affordable price.
Clean and comfortable describes our place. Every three months the condo undergoes bug control, so you don't have to share with local critters. We are still improving the condo, since it was purchased in March 2017. An eco-friendly A/C system is installed in both the main living area and the loft and ensures a comfortable stay. However, during the late fall through early summer- if you are interested in very green vacationing just open the doors and windows front and back to allow the tropical breezes to flow through.
The combination of improvements, high speed internet, a kitchen equipped with many basic necessities to prepare full meals, and local activities to enjoy close-by-- makes this the ideal rental for you. For our younger folks, a high chair and little one's sized cups, plates and bowls are provided. We know you will enjoy the fun of the location, catch some rays, and eat great food.
We offer 3 swimming pools on ground as well as 2 sports courts with tennis and pickle ball

Feel at home for both families and couples. Beach access, is less than a 8 minute walk out your front door from the estate to Turtle Bay beaches. Beaches are kid friendly and safe for swimming and snorkeling. Other adventures are within 10 to 15 miles in either direction of the estate location. Our condo is situated on two excellently maintained golf courses. This is the most private condo complex on Oahu's famous North Shore, at Kuilima West Estate, in a gated community with pools and a tennis court. Only a short drive away to world class big-wave surfing and pristine beaches. Whether you are looking for adventure or just un-wind and relax, our condo is for you.

Gate Code: The Gate Code provided will allow entrance into the gated community of Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
A parking pass will be at the unit for your car. Please park in designated parking stall.
Should you require a guest parking for 1 additional car, A Guest parking pass will be at the unit for your guest. Park in designated guest parking stall.
You will need to place the Parking pass on dashboard at all times.
There is a $50 fee for lost parking passes
Please keep unit free of crumbs: Tropical bugs LOVE crumbs! When cooking and eating-in, please clean thoroughly immediately after. This helps insects out of the unit. Tip; Wipe down counters and sink. Store food in closed containers, and refrigerator. Please DO NOT leave dirty dishes, empty food containers, take out boxes or excessive garbage in the unit at anytime. Please DO NOT eat on the couches or beds leaving crumbs or food wrapping behind. We must enforce strict rules regarding cleanliness to avoid potential future issues with bugs. We take great pride in not having a problem with insects. Please note, if our cleaning crew find dirty dishes or excessive garbage in our home upon your check-out there may be a fee deducted from your deposit. Thank you.
Air Conditioner: Please help us conserve energy by closing doors & windows to the rooms where A/C units are on.Laundry: Do not use laundry detergent with bleach/oxi, it stains our towels!
