The previous guests damaged the blinds and we had a back to back booking that day and couldnt get the blinds replaced before you checked in because we were more focused on getting the place ready for you. The guests left the same day you checked in. The towels were washed and dried and they felt dry when we took them out of the dryer. I am sorry they were not completely dried.

I am not sure why you felt like you were in a jail. The listing clearly says there are exterior surveillance camera and that's needed for the protection of the property as well as our guest. The check- in instruction also said for you to contact me when you get to the property and not go in until I disarmed the alarm but you went in without letting me know and you triggered the alarm. You also brought more than the people that you reserved and both of these were violations of the house rule that vrbo was aware of because I called them and did a three way call. I had the choice to not let you continue the stay per vrbo and you wouldn't even get any refund per the policy but I let you stay. Your plan was to bring more than you booked and that was caught on camera. You didn't not park the vehicle on my property. You neither parked it in the driveway nor directly in front of house but it was parked in front of another person's house which was across the street. It was sad that the vehicle was stolen but it was not parked on my premises and if it was, the camera you complained about and which you moved (another violation) would have picked recorded what happened.
