Nous sommes dans un quartier calme à trois pâtés de maisons du centre-ville de Ferndale. Une promenade rapide et vous êtes au cœur de la ville populaire et artistique. Restaurants, bars, clubs de comédie, cafés, boutiques et galeries d'art tous à moins de 1/2 mile.
Nous sommes situés à proximité de 9 Mile et Woodward, ce qui en fait un moyen facile de se rendre dans de nombreux autres grands quartiers: le zoo de Détroit, Royal Oak, le centre-ville de Detroit, Wayne State et Berkley.

Notre maison est parfaite pour les familles, les voyageurs d'affaires, les sorties sociales ou toute autre personne qui apprécie un espace de séjour ultra propre et confortable.

Notre charmante maison est un ranch d'un étage bien aménagé, entièrement rénové cette année. Cour entièrement clôturée avec des arbres matures et un éclairage extérieur fantaisiste fait du patio un endroit agréable pour prendre l'air. Notre quartier est calme et familial. Beaucoup de gens se promènent en ville et profitent de la vie.

La maison dispose de 3 chambres (dont une chambre principale avec salle de bains) et 2 salles de bain complètes - cuisine complète, salon confortable avec télévision connectée, salle à manger et buanderie. Nous avons également un petit jardin d'herbes que vous pouvez choisir.
* Convient aux enfants: Pack N 'Play, chaise haute, jouets et livres, prises électriques inviolables, Sound Machine, et plus pour les précieux jeunes membres de la famille.

Veuillez noter que nous avons une caméra extérieure Arlo à la porte d'entrée qui enregistre à des fins de sécurité uniquement. Nous respectons la vie privée de nos clients.

It was clean and had everything we needed very convenient as far as the drive time to shopping and eateries. The host was excellent in communicating with me about our stay and needs for our stay. I definitely would come back to this property if I came back to Michigan

Beautiful home!

Wonderful home- clearly well taken care of -probably one of the best VRBO I’ve stayed at! The hosts were super responsive to the few questions I had and the house was incredible well stocked with anything you could think of needing, plus immaculate. Will definitely stay there again.

Perfect cozy getaway

My husband, three kids, and I truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy spot away from home. It was comfortable, convenient, and trendy. The amenities were a huge plus! Kids enjoyed the games and we enjoyed the books. The hosts were communicative, there were ample supplies in the kitchen and bathroom, and it was super quiet and just pleasant overall. I highly recommend this place! We will most likely be back :)

Our group was 2-65+ year old adult couples. Because of the small size of the house,I would call it a cottage. It was very cozy and well appointed with newer appliances and updated kitchen and bathrooms. The beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. The sitting ara in the back yard was appreciated. The location was excellent for easy access to freeways and major roads. The television was had a fully loaded app package. Everything we needed was on hand or easy to aquire. I highly recommend this property for a cozy stay.

Great Stay for Small Group

Stayed with 4 adults. Very clean and comfortable. The location and proximity to everything was perfect for our trip. Very reasonable house rules. Easy check in and check out. We dined out for all of our meals and did not end up using the kitchen, so cannot comment on that amenity, but it looked good. My only critique for the property is that one of the two bathrooms, which is attached to a bedroom, has a sliding barn door with large gaps that are a bit awkward for privacy. Can't fault the owners on this one, as the construction of that space makes it very difficult to put any kind of door there. Thankfully, the bedroom door can be closed for added privacy, but can be a little awkward if you're sharing the space.

Great stay in hip location

Everything was as advertised. Clear communication with owner. No issues. Everything we needed was there. Check in/out was no hassle. Ferndale is a really cool trendy location - it's not too far from downtown and only a couple of blocks from the main drag of Woodward. Would definitely recommend and if we make it back to Detroit, I will stay here again!

A cozy home with everything you need.

This home is clean and cozy and has everything you need. There is a cute coffee bar waiting for guests, bottled water in the fridge, and we felt immediately at home. The neighborhood is quiet. Even though it is close to railroad tracks we never heard the noise and we felt safe in this neighborhood. The owners really have thought of everything and there was plenty of space for our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers).

Doesn’t Get Any Better Than This!

The Sweet Spot in Ferndale was absolutely immaculate and well-appointed. The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING and Christi was helpful every step of the way. Our kids our school-age (6 and 8), but there are plenty of extras in the house for those with a little one. It couldn’t have been better suited for our needs. LOVED it!

Cozy Delight in Ferndale

We knew we were in for a special home-away-from-home as soon as we pulled into the driveway. The house was immaculate and decorated with both style and comfort in mind. Clearly the hosts know how to make guests feel welcome and pampered. And what a delight for our 6 and 3 year olds to have fun books, games, and other toddler-appropriate toys to enjoy! They were having such a good time in the house that we had to work to get them out the door for Legoland Discovery Center and the Michigan Science Center (both of which were so easy to reach from this wonderful Ferndale location). We hope this property is available again when our next visit is scheduled. Thank you to the hosts!

Absolutely recommend! 10/10!

My husband and I, plus another couple, were in town for a weekend tournament at the Detroit Curling Club, which is conveniently about 5 minutes away. In my search for a place to stay I noticed that this one has 2 full bathrooms, which is ideal for 2 couples. Pretty much everywhere is else only 1 or 1.5. The whole house is decorated so nicely, and it is very comfortable from the moment you walk in. There are 3 bedrooms, with the primary and a second in the front, and a third bedroom in the back of the house along with the second full bath. It's a great setup for 2 couples, since it really feels like everyone has their own space. We brought food to cook in the morning, and were surprised by how much is available in the kitchen! Plates, dishes, silverware of course, but also pots, pans, oven mits, utensils, cleaning products... There's even a super cute coffee station set up! There must have been families that have stayed here as well. We noticed some child friendly silverware, a few toys, some diapers... It's really nice that the hosts accommodate for families too. Overall we found the house very comfortable, very clean, and very easy. It's so close to downtown Ferndale, the highway, and the curling club. The check-in and check-out process was also super easy! I absolutely recommend staying here, and would 100% book it again! Thanks so much, Christi, for providing such a wonderful space!

First of all, let me just say Christi & Jeff are amazing. She had everything that was needed and/or required in the house. Cute bungalow with great amenities in Ferndale MI neighborhood!

Perfect house for a small group to stay in, with three bedrooms & two full bathrooms, and a quiet backyard, in a residential neighborhood in "Funky" Ferndale, Michigan! It's a short drive, or a walkable distance, to the many shops & restaurants in Ferndale. We loved the diversity of the locally owned restaurants in Ferndale. And we loved the locally owned shops too! Perfect for a weekend getaway!

We both grew up in the beautiful Irish Hills & have lived in the Metro Detroit area for the last 14 years. We just can't seem to leave all the wonderful opportunities and activities this area has to offer.
