As a guest at Indian Summer, you'll have access to the community pool and the easiest beach access just a 1-minute walk away! You'll be able to enjoy those sunshine-filled, OBX days with ease. At Beach Happy, you'll also be within driving distance of grocery shopping, dining, and other OBX attractions.

Inside Beach Happy, you'll find an open living area with a spacious couch and a large flat-screen TV perfect for lounging with your family and friends or watching your favorite movie. When it's time to prepare meals, the kitchen has everything you need to whip us something tasty. The dining room table features seating for 6 so everyone can dine together. You can also choose to hang out on the furnished porch complete with a ceiling fan to keep you cool. When it's time for bed, head to one of the 3 bedrooms for a relaxing night's rest. Great beach stay

I really liked the location of this property to the beach and pool. It was clean and well maintained. It had all the cooking utensils and supplies needed to make a good meal (minus a pizza cutter). The beach was lovely and wide, and much nicer than other Corolla beaches. Sand was soft and not a lot of broken shells and rocks and no big drop off to the water. The downsides were that it’s a bottom unit and the neighbors above were loud (not a party, just normal living). The pool was cold so kids didn’t really want to get in, and because we face the pool, you hear all the families and crying kids. But, those are common things in a condo unit. It was actually nice to see who was coming and going and if kids saw anyone at the pool they wanted to hang out with. Overall, a very nice stay.
