RVA présente The Beach Club à Anna Maria. Le charme de la vieille Floride rencontre un décor moderne décoré par des designers dans ce refuge privé et peu encombré. Décoré avec des lignes épurées et des couleurs fraîches, tout en restant accueillant et engageant, ce complexe comprend tout ce qui est la signature du sud-ouest de la Floride. Vous voyagez avec une grande fête? La plupart des unités de ce complexe comprennent des lock-out, vous pouvez donc ouvrir plusieurs unités pour des vacances confortables tout en préservant l'intimité et l'espace. Toutes les unités disposent d'une cuisine pleine grandeur avec appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et comptoirs en granit, TV plasma, accès Internet sans fil, laveuse / sécheuse privée et matelas à plateau-coussin. Situé à quelques pas des plages préservées, nous vous invitons à ouvrir vos fenêtres et à laisser les brises chaudes du Golfe et les bruits des vagues clapotant contre le rivage vous endormir. Pour un hébergement luxueux sur l'île Anna Maria, le seul choix est le Beach Club.

Privilèges d'adhésion limités: Les clients du Beach Club à Anna Maria # 5 auront des privilèges d'adhésion temporaires au Cedars Tennis Resort situé au 645 Cedars Court sur Longboat Key. L'abonnement temporaire limité permet à l'invité d'accéder à 10 courts de tennis Har-Tru entièrement éclairés (après 13 heures par jour et sous réserve de disponibilité), aux vélos communautaires et aux Jr. Piscine olympique chauffée. Le client aura également accès au centre de remise en forme communautaire ouvert 24h / 24 et 7j / 7.

We didn’t get to stay because of the Hurricanes. But the property owner refunded our money and was helpful. We’ve stayed at this location before and it was absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to go back and support them once they are up and running again!!

Convenient location

This condo was a great place to stay! We loved the location to the beach and on the island! It was clean and had the amenities we needed for our stay. The office was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great stay!

We were in town for a long weekend and absolutely loved our stay. Bed was really comfortable, free bus stop was right up the road and beach access right across the street was fabulous! Only slight thing to note is the walls are quite thin. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend and will come back again!

Quick weekend getaway

Myself along with my daughters teenager friends spend time night on the property. It was a last minute booking and I’m so glad we found this gem! Excellent location, spotlessly clean, easy check in. Everything was seamless. We stayed in the one bedroom and it had more than enough, bedding and towels. Washer and drier too! The sun deck was gorgeous at night. I can’t say enough great things and we will definitely stay here again!

Most relaxing vacation ever!

We walked across the street to the beach every morning until sunset, than make our way back for the pool/hot tub! The location is about a mile one way or the other to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc! We absolutely loved our stay that we booked another stay a month later!

nice decore lousy wifi

Nice decore and good maid service. Walsall are paper thin-no privacy. AT&T cell coverage -mostly no service and sometimes one cell. The wifi did NOT work. When we finally did get on it had no internet. Complained and they rebooted router but it didn't help. If you like your devices don't stay here!

Beautiful property; Condo was updated, Comfy; Great Location; Questionable property management

We stayed a week after Hurricance Irma, the area was not too badly damaged. The condo was beautiful, nicely updated, very clean. 2 adults and 1 child stayed there comfortably. Very close to a quiet beach, close access to mainland. Property management was closed on Monday, the day we arrived, so we picked up our keys and went straight to the room. We got there, at about 3pm, and there was no toilet paper. No housekeeping was on site. We called the after hours number, it took almost 30 min to get through because of the bad cell service and the Landlines were still down due to the Hurricane. RVA (the property management company) told me they will get a hold of someone to bring toilet paper. No time estimate. I ended up having to buy my own toilet paper. The next morning, one of the employees came by to drop off the toilet paper around 8am, 15 hours after our check-in. There also appears to be a lighted deck but no way to turn the lights on. Besides that, we had a wonderful stay.

Good but not great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a good spot and it was super easy to get to the beach. I appreciate that they did provide chairs and umbrellas for the beach. It is a nice place to stay and the room was very clean. It fit everything we needed. The only problem was the washer/dryer. I saw complaints about this on the other reviews and dismissed it, but really the washer/dryer DOES NOT work. I did not think it would be a big deal, but it would be nice to do a load of laundry or to dry your towels, but that was not the case. The washer never changed cycles and it took forever to wash a load of laundry. The dryer did not dry our clothes. I notified the office that the dryer vent to the outside was most likely clogged, but they never checked it and the problem was not resolved. That was the only knock on this place. It is a good spot and convenient to everything, but not sure I would stay here again. After seeing AMI and using the trolley, we notice plenty other spots we would try out if we came back, so it is not to discourage anyone else, just that we would probably try other places on the beach next time. So, if your trip's budget fit this place and it meets your needs... then yes, by all means it is good for you.
