This unique place has a style all its own. Small but efficient with a brand, new bathroom, and a nice size master bedroom, kitchenette with a coffee maker and air fryer, a washer and dryer, a toaster oven and a second flatscreen TV. The futon couch folds down into extra sleeping for guests.
Location was great for Bowling Green activities. We were in town for a tournament on campus. I may have overlooked description but there is no kitchenette - just a counter with a toaster and coffee maker and a tiny fridge.I could not find any heat. Slept with a jacket on. The hot water tank is LOUD - overall it was very loud when sleeping. I recommend taking a sound machine - I downloaded an app on my phone.Nice covered parking right at the door. Wouldn't recommend for more than 2 people who would share a bed. The host did warn me it was very small. Convertable bed is very uncomfortable and blankets hadn't been washed - still had Goodwill tag on them.Local recommendations left on the card at the house were great.Good place if you just need somewhere to sleep and will be busy in town otherwise.
Started off Great, the owner was very attentive. I rented the house for my 18 year old daughter to
& 2 friends while they were involved with activities at BGSU. Originally it was my daughter & 1 friend. Out of courtesy I let the owner know another girl would be joining. She left me know it would be an additional $30 (house sleeps 4). I was sent the wrong address for the property. I didnât get the code until after 4 & thatâs only because I asked. Upon check in my daughter asked for the wifi password. I texted the owner, I apologized for the bother & asked if she could provide the password, never responded. If wifi wasnât available the polite thing would still be to answer.
We needed to be at BGSU for a conference and this location was perfect. Easy to access and comfortable space. Three of us stayed here very comfortably together.
