Communication with our hosts before and during our stay was prompt and friendly. We loved our view of the river from our cabin porch. Our family enjoyed the kayaks, bikes, hot tub and camp fire. We made a delicious dinner on the outdoor grill and small stove. The cabin was cozy and peaceful.

This is a rustic cabin, on the water. The best pull is there is beautiful scenery and a hot tub for 2. I would say the drawback is that there are many other rustic cabins right next to you. Otherwise, read the description to know what you are signing up for.

Such a gem!

What a fun and eclectic little cabin on the river! We stayed just one night when we were in town to visit BGSU and were absolutely delighted by this cabin and our host, Parker. Its proximity to the river and the towpath as well as being close enough to town to run out and grab takeout made it the perfect location. Can’t wait to come back! Thanks for the great stay!

This place is amazing! The view from our cabin was beautiful and the hot tub is on the deck overlooking the fabulous views. Parker Hanson met us at our car, he gave us a personal tour of camp love. My sister and I got to walk through several other cabins which were also beautiful. Parker even took pictures of us in and in front of the vw bus on the property. The only negative thing was our length of stay, I wish we could of stayed several days longer to enjoy the bikes, kayaks, and boats. Thank you Parker for the great experience at your beautiful park.

Cozy little cabin

This cabin was just up our alley, right next to the Maumee River. Quite, peaceful, and rustic. The bathtub looks like they took a log and made a tub out of it. The toilet is one of a kind, it sits on a stump of wood and you hand pump it to flush. They have kayaks, canoes, and electric boats that come with renting the property. If you are a person that loves the outdoors this is the place to stay.

The cabin was definitely a place where rustic meets modern! Bedding, bathroom & hot tub very clean. TV & microwave looked new. The rest of the place felt much more like a rustic cabin. Bathroom was very unique! My husband & I loved the quiet & were able to unwind in the hot tub under the bare trees of winter as the river gently rolled by. Just what we needed! Finding the entrance was tricky. Felt like we were turning into someones drive way. Trust the gps & get there before nightfall. Our hosts were great! There if we needed anything but otherwise left us alone to enjoy the peace & quiet.

This was a cute cabin. It's small, but it was just me and my dog, so it worked well. The bathroom situation was exactly as advertised but not as bad as I thought it would be. The tub was adorable. If you plan to cook, bring cold items or things you can microwave. That worked the best, although there is a stovetop and an air fryer. The best part of the cabin was the deck. It was in the shade, overlooked the river, had a lovely hot tub, and had gates you could close so your dog doesn't wander. Those were greatly appreciated! The boat launch is also right by the cabin making kayaking easy. There were plenty of kayaks, paddles, life jackets, bikes, etc. to choose from. The hiking trail is also right there.Best of all are the hosts. Parker and Cathy are very sweet. I would recommend.

Don’t waste your money

So disappointed in our stay. No accurate direction on how to find this cabin. No running water in the bathroom, other than the tub. This was not disclosed! Electricity was back fed to the cabin (huge fire hazard - would have left if we hadn’t arrived after dark and seen it). No insulation and a metal roof, so it poured during the night and woke us instantly. Also, the microwave would blow the fuse every 20 seconds, so it was useless. Wi-Fi was in and out. No privacy for hot tub on porch with neighbors out having fires. Overall, I really disappointing way to spend an anniversary and night away. Really sad I wasted the money.
