We are just a 5 minute drive from the University of Tennessee and 8 minutes from the heart of downtown Knoxville.

We also offer to pick up a few things that you may request in advance (minimum 48hrs notice before arriving)

This is a request and does require reimbursement plus a fee that is due before checkout.

We know traveling can be hectic so we don’t mind to make things easier so you can relax and enjoy your stay!

Keyless entry and private entrance.

Carport behind home for guest use conveniently right outside private apartment entrance.

Driveway and street parking will be available for additional vehicles.
Other things to note
NO PARTIES (may have a COUPLE guests over for social hour with approval but not after 10pm)
NO SMOKING inside unit
If you bring your pet(s) please keep on leash while letting out/walking
Communication with us is a must when you check in and before you checkout and if you need anything during your stay I (Chelsey) will be available anytime day or night and happy to help with making your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. :)
