We hope you enjoy our villa as much as we do! Our unit is located at Beach & Tennis Resort, Admiral's Row, Building B, 3rd Floor. We purchased our villa in 2019 and newly renovated the entire condo. Kitchen, bathrooms, floors and walls are all brand new. Stainless steel appliances, beautifully decorated, steps to the beach and private pool, and perfect view of the ocean. Walking distance to sports bar, tiki bar and pizzeria - all on property; plus bike rentals, playground, fitness center, tennis/pickle ball courts and fishing pond. Beach chairs & beach buggy included. Close to public golf courses, mini golf, shopping, and restaurants. Something for everyone!

Great trip

The property was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The process went smoothly. There is a coffee pot and allows for both drip and k pods. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay.

Cute villa!

Everything was wonderful as described. We have been 3 times to this lovely place. On another note, we are very disappointed that E-Bikes are now no longer allowed to be parked in the reception area parking lot or anywhere at all on the property as of April 1, 2025. Hope this policy changes as it was very inconvenient.

Very nice!!

The condo was awesome!! Very clean and the view of the ocean was great!! The king size bed was so comfortable, we loved it and will book this condo again next time.

Hilton Head Vacation

We had an amazing stay. The condo was a great size for our family of four. The beach was close and the beach chairs for our use were nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely condo!

Everything one could need is in this condo. Perfect for a family getaway. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the deck with plenty of seating for a small group. They even had beach chairs to share which prevented us from needing an extra trip to the store. Thank you, we had a great time!

Would definitely recommend. Condo was perfect for myself, husband and teenage grandson. Location to beach was great and loved small pool right outside the condo which was never busy.

Lovely location, walkable to beach

Property was walkable to beach, and you can view the ocean from a portion of the deck. The beach umbrella and chairs are a nice amenity. Condo complex is convenient (about10 minute drive) to Hilton Head shops and restaurants.

Great Trip To HHI

This condo was a great find! We booked it for a long weekend with friends and it was perfect! Fully stocked, linens provided, easy walk to the beach, upgraded finishes and great communication from the owner with suggestions on places to eat!! We really enjoyed our time! We will be returning soon!

A great stay, right on the beach!

We’re really happy with our stay on Hilton Head Island! The newly renovated space was really comfortable, there’s a view of the ocean from the balcony, and the owners stayed in communication with us and made sure we were well taken care of. The location was wonderful, and they provided everything we needed for our beach trips. We enjoyed all that the island had to offer from clean beaches to great seafood and relaxing atmosphere. My family and I can’t wait to go back! Book this place!

Amazing Condo! Highly recommend

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo is beautiful, updated and maybe most importantly- clean! Everything we needed was fully stocked within the condo. Working with the owner was a breeze and she was so helpful and accommodating. Pool is literally right out your door and the beach is an easy walk. Highly recommend for your next vacation!

2023 Spring Break with Family!

Excellent location and view of beach. Condo had everything we needed.Unit so nicely decorated. So much to do love the property and Hilton Head will be back! owners very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We loved every minute of it! Other family members in another unit.

PERFECT FOR US

We love Hilton Head Island and this was the perfect stop over for us on our way to FL. We could not have picked a nicer condo than this for our needs! View was nice and the condo was clean and ready. It had all that we could possibly need. Communication was friendly and prompt! We will be back for sure! Thank you for taking good care of us as guests in your tastefully decorated villa!

1st Time at HH

Beachy elegant and comfortable condo! Great location in resort. Short walk to beach and amenities. Nice view. Equipped with everything we needed for breakfasts and lunches(we usually eat dinner out). Hosts were easy to work with-we had no issues for them to solve. They checked with us halfway through our stay to see how we were doing! The master mattress was so comfortable that my husband wanted to ask Jimmy the manufacturer lol. The size was perfect for for me, my husband and adult daughter.

Beautiful, clean condo!

Condo is great- clean, updated, and decorated beautifully with a beachy theme. Love the clean, carpetless floors. In Admirals Row, you’re right next to the small, quiet pool and just have a short walk to the end of the parking lot for beach access. We didn’t walk through the lots down to the main pool but guessing it would be a 10 minute walk to get to that end. When on the beach, it’s a quicker walk down there. We spend most of the time at the beach and it was clean and gorgeous. Owners were very nice and responsive when we had a question. Definitely recommend this condo!

Contract reneged

The condo is elegant in its decorating and lack of clutter. The twin beds are not comfortable, but the king is. The condo doesn’t have a single food staple. No salt, pepper, sugar, or k-cups. One of our favorite things about the listing was the 11am checkout. The night before we were suppose to leave, the automated VRBO email confirmed the 11am checkout. At 8:30 the next morning, the owner told us to be out by 10. I assumed it was a typo, and double checked that. He doubled down on us being out by 10 for his cleaning company. Our contract said we had an 11am checkout, and we could have stayed, but we packed like mad rather than having our last beach walk, and managed to be out by 10 in time for the cleaning company that apparently “rules the roost.” I was allergic to something in the living room during our stay, which was frustrating, but overall the stay was pleasant until our contract was reneged on. That killed the fun in a hurry. Apparently this also happened to the previous renters. Anyone who booked this condo when it stated that it had an 11am checkout is planning on and under contract for an 11am checkout, whether or not the owners now correct their listing.

We purchased our villa in December 2019 and immediately renovated it to a new, beautifully decorated and welcoming villa. We live nearby and have enjoyed staying at the villa since we finished the renovations and decided we want to share it with others to make as many great memories as we have. The location within the resort is perfect - literally steps from the beach with a beautiful ocean view from our balcony. You can hear the sound of the ocean! We poured ourselves into it so that we have all the comforts of home and we know our guests will love it too. We chose Beach & Tennis resort because of the amount of amenities it offers and we hope you take advantage of all it has to offer during your stay!

Folly Field beach is the perfect mid-island place to hangout. Two fantastic pools and a full service Tiki-bar including a soft serve ice cream stand! It is just a must see for you and your family!
