The Greens at Shipyard - Relax at Seahabilitation HHI

It is time to rehabilitate at Seahabilitation on Hilton Head Island.

- Enjoy our renovated 2 bed/2 ½ bath townhouse that sleeps 6, located in The Greens community of Shipyard. We welcome Snowbirds.

- The property is located steps from the community pool, a 4-minute walk to Van Der Meer tennis and pickleball courts, a short bicycle ride to Coligny and an 8-minute walk to access the Shipyard Beach Club.

- The primary bedroom is upstairs, which has a king-size bed, flat screen TV, full private bath with walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom is upstairs and has 2 full-size beds, flat screen TV, and a full bath.

- The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, loveseat, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and dining area. There is also an office desk and chair located adjacent to the kitchen.

- Air conditioning, and complimentary starter toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, potholders and dish towel, dishwasher soap, and laundry detergent) are provided. Grocery stores are located within 2 miles for you to replenish your own stock.

- There is a large patio facing the golf course with trees, so you have privacy. A table with chairs and umbrella is the perfect place for your morning cup of coffee. In the evening, you can enjoy a nice dinner under the patio string of lights.

- Located at the front of the property is a patio area and storage shed, with all the beach amenities, including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach buggy, and noodle floats.

-The kitchen is completely stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker (regular brew & Keurig pod combo), and stainless-steel appliances.

-Laundry machines are located on the second floor.

***A copy of your state issued driver's license, or passport is required for name and age verification and to order your parking pass. Please upload this at the time of booking***

NOTE: There is a mandatory $25 gate pass fee during your stay which includes parking for one car. Additional parking passes, if needed, are $25 per vehicle, per stay. Photo ID may be required when picking up your parking pass. Additional parking passes must be requested in advance of your trip.

***All gate passes will be at the William Hilton Pkwy entrance***

***Damages: It is the guest’s responsibility to notify the owners at time of check in if anything in the condo is damaged or broken. Photographic evidence is required. Otherwise, the guest is assuming responsibility for the condo until check out. A claim for damages will be submitted to VRBO for resolution after check out***
