The space is a fully equipped 3 bedroom 1 bath house.

The first bedroom includes a Queen size bed.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a desk and chair.
The third bedroom includes a bunkbed with a queen size bed on the bottom bunk and twin size bed on top. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
A Queen air mattress is available for additional guests.

There is Wifi network with very fast speed and complete coverage over the entire property. Recessed lighting and a 50” Smart TV in the living room with a window A/C unit.

Hairdryer, iron, ironing board, hangers are provided.
Kitchen includes full-size oven, range, microwave, coffee maker, garbage disposal, cooking equipment and essentials.

Comes with clean linens, towels, shampoo, liquid soaps, and everything else you'll need for an accommodating stay.

One car parking available in the driveway as well as street parking available if needed. Read street signs and beware of street sweeping days.
Guest access
The driveway accommodates one vehicle.
You will be sharing the drive way with the guest in the back unit.
Other things to note
Please do not disturb the guest in the back unit. In order to respect the privacy of the guests in the back unit, the backyard is not a shared space.
