Perfect cozy cabin w/ tree house on 3 acres of woods near skiing, hiking & DWG

Perfect Log Cabin family-friendly hidden away on 3.5 acres in the woods. This cabin is perfect for all seasons and is close to all that the Poconos and Delaware Water Gap has to offer.

The main area of the house (living & dining rooms) has 50ft vaulted ceiling and a beautiful stone fireplace that will keep you warm all winter (firewood not included- but we can arrange for it to be there for you for an additional fee) The first floor includes the living & dining area, the kitchen, master bedroom (Queen bed and TV), 2 bathrooms, laundry, and a back room. The second floor includes a separate loft and bedroom. The loft is a great play-area and has a pull-out sofa. The 2nd-floor bedroom is large (also with high ceilings) and includes 3 twin beds and a TV. The back room looks out to all that Mother Nature has to offer (back room includes 2 pullout couches -1 Queen and 1 twin & television). The cabin includes 2 bathrooms with showers. Home includes 4 Smart televisions with cable and Apple TV firestick (please use your own Netflix and other subscription log-in information).

The front porch of the Cabin includes a hammock for a quick nap and a picnic table for dinner.

The Cabin is set on over 3 acres of property with a stream running behind the property. There is an outdoor shower and firepit with chairs to sit around the fire. Bug zapper available if needed to keep away extra bugs. The home is a quick walk away from a hiking trail that ends in a beautiful waterfall.

The property also includes a fun treehouse with electricity, heat, bunk beds, and a television (Smart TV). Treehouse includes a fun porch to sit and take in nature.

The home is located within a 20-30 minute drive from Shawnee and Camelback Ski Resorts for skiing and tubing. Close to Bushkill Falls, Delaware Water Gap, and East Stroudsburg University.

Pets are permitted with additional fee.

Large parties and other special events are not permitted.

We have all the positive things to say about this cabin, and the host! My friend and I booked this cabin for a quiet weekend in to relax and recharge and enjoy the beauty of the Poconos in fall- this cabin could not have been more perfect! It was super cozy, and had everything we could possibly need. We loved the sun room and screened-in front porch. The outdoor area for a fire pit was perfect. There were even games and puzzles! We adored the deer that were around. It was quiet and beautiful. Check in and out was a breeze. Instructions were very clear and easy. The host provided every amenity we could possibly need, and was so kind. There were even fresh flowers around the house, how wonderful! Highly recommend!!

The cabin was very cozy. We liked the privacy with no neighbors in view. Deer visited almost every morning, and there's a hiking trail within walking distance from house, and nice fire circle/sitting area. The sunroom was our favorite place for sitting inside.

We loved staying here for our annual getaway, the cabin was so cute and the host was very accommodating! We loved the fire pit and the string lights out back, and the kids enjoyed the tree house and hammock. We felt comfortable there and everyone had a great time!

Enjoyed a wonderful July weekend at the cabin with family. Went on two local hikes both about 30 minutes away, Bushkill Falls and the AT trail. Played lots of games, enjoyed a fire outside, and meals together. Was hot weekend but the cabin was in the shade and cool with lots of fans and air conditioning. Overall wonderful stay. The ideal Cozy Cabin

My wife and I stayed for 3 days. It was really lovely. The cabin is cozy, spacious, and stocked with everything you need. The host is wonderful and so easy to communicate with. For anyone who wants a cabin experience, this is for you. Kudos to the family that lives there, they are more than prepared for anything, but know how to have a great time as well.

Quiet getaway

Our family had a lovely time here. Unfortunately, we had a very hot week. The cabin was comfortable with the AC. There were a ton of games to play and we enjoyed playing some new to us games. Deer roamed through the property which we loved to watch. We ventured to towns and had fun.

Weekend Away

My friends and I will usually rent a cabin at nice a year or so, mostly staying in the Poconos or Catskills. We found this location on VRBO and loved it. The treehouse was a cool addition, made for some good pictures. The backyard was a good size and had a nice-sized fire pit and plenty of wood. The rooms were a good size, we all slept comfortably, and everything was very clean. The owner of the location was very easy to converse with and communicated well without being overbearing. I would 100% recommend staying here for a group of friends, a family, or even just a couple.

Fun time!

We had a short stay for Spring Break. This is central to a lot of Poconos locations. Bush kill Falls is about 25 minutes. There are more than enough beds for a family. The tree house is a good hang out for kids. It is also pet friendly (small dog on our trip). There are lots of Legos and games for kids. Hope to go again later in the season.

Refreshing stay

The property was fabulous. It was great for couples, adults, or families and the local hikes are amazing. On top of the property being great, it was so nice to have some things that I missed from the early days of renting homes. There were snacks left, simple necessities, games, puzzles, and firewood. It was so great to have amazing and responsive hosts when we had questions. Thank you!!!!

Perfect cabin in the woods

We had a great weekend stay at this cabin. The property owner was very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. The weather could have been a little nicer, but they had plenty of games and puzzles to keep us entertained while we waited for the rain to stop. This house came with everything anyone could have forgotten when packing for this trip. I would definitely return:)

We loved the cabin . Having coffee in the back porch in am with all the sun looking out into the woods . Exploring the property and treehouse was fun . The fireplace was a nice treat while watching movies .

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our cabin is our home away from home during the winter and we basically moved in during Covid and quarantine. We love the home and all of the amazing things to do in the nearby areas and now we want to share that with all of you. Many times we head to the Cabin with full plans of fun things to do but then get sucked into the coziness and warmth of the cabin and then never leave. We hope to share the space with you and that you will love it as much as we do.

Use the cabin as a home away from home. It is secluded but includes all modern conviences. We have just built a new tree house on the property- it includes a bunk bed, electricity, TV, and heat. A perfect place to escape from your kids or the rest of your family.
